girlfriend help

whats up ladies, ive been trying to get my gf into working out with me but its difficult im that hardcore training type and i obviously dont want to have my gf spending the whole wrokout training chest or bis and tris with me lol. (nothing wrong with that i love girls who do that but my chick wont hang lol).

so i was wondering if i could get some help putting together like a 3 day full body split focused on weight loss and shaping for a girl thanks all any help is much appreciated!

lol.. you should know by now that when women bitch about something .. they don't want it fixed.. we rather enjoy having something to bitch about.. when ask for something to be fixed we are not bitching and really want it to be fixed... confusing I know ;p

Look if you gotta beg her to hit the gym with you that will get you nowhere.sounds like you gotta drop the dead weight.my girl is super lazy .gym gives her allergies.plus it wears he down so I don't get any.why would I wanna ruin my mojo.lol

Pick up a Mucle and Fitness for her magazine. They generally have several routines that are catered specifically for women ranging from fitness type exercises to full blown mass builders. Sit down and read it with her. Could be educational for both of you. Worked for my wife and I.
