+ 7 ME......off cycle !!

thi is me curretly off cycle, just cruisin on 150mgs of test e e7d. not really keeping a strict diet. i just try to hit 400g of protein/daily. i have changed a lot of things in my workouts and i think i'm seeing results. this pic was taken sunday after a back day. i'm sucking my stomach in (lol) since i went out with the guys on saturday to watch some boxing/mma fights and had some drinks. i'm really looking to my next cycle !!

thick bro. I need to get my bottom chest to separate better. You got any tips? Until recently i did the hell outta decline now i out the emphasis on upper chest to even out. I really dont do much flat bench. I do dumbell incline, barbell, machine, decline bar, variations on flys n dips, n sometimes pullovers.

I know you didnt ask me. But try close grip bench press, do not vary the grip position. Do it the same spot everytime.

thanks bro. but to be honest i hardly do anything for my lower part of my chest. in fact, i'm now focusing on my upper chest. i also do dumbells. i might do some light bench barbells but that's it. i guess just keep killing decline routines, mix it up heavy, light high reps. 5x5s works great for me !!
