+ 7 finally 20inches

so for the last 2 years or more i've been hanging around 18 to 18.5ich arms. so i decided change it up and hit them twice per week. first routine (first day) is 5x5s HEAVY on both bis and tris. second routine (day 2 of arms, same week) was 4 sets until muscle failure (also on bis and tris). so today i was looking at some pics from new years eve and noticed my arms looking bigger than ever, when i got home from the gym decided to measure them (i did had a little pump) and they were over an inch bigger touching the 20 inch mark. it feels good because this has been a goal of mines to join the 20inch arms club. i have big goals for the gym this year and this has already helped motivate me.
