Last night in Afghanistan!
Finally after a stressful and annoying 9 months of deployment, I can sit here and write to you that is will be my last night in this shit hole country. I've had to make due for the past year with what I could work with in regards to my diet, terrible sleep (unfortunately) and a few barbell & dumbells, I have been waiting for this to come. I've been patiently waiting to come back to the states and begin my journey to the Emerald Cup in 2014! I've been planning every single detail of the diets, training, and cycles yet to come. It doesn't mean much to anybody else but I just wanted to post this with a small smile on my face. I should finally be back this Sunday. Looking foward to using real equipment, a solid diet, and good sleeping patterns!
