+ 3 EBC update - One week out

one week out! test dropped and mt2 starting to kick in. abs starting to come thru but still a long way to go. hope everyone dominates this week!

u need more mass on ur triceps too make ur arms look bigger and little more w/ chest. i would work on the flat bench press w/ triceps dips and skull crushers. for ur size , traps are decent. forearms need more work. i would do forearm exercises mixed with high rep biceps curls and hammer curls. shoulder size is impressive, try to cut that up by increasing the rep but not dropping the intensity or the weight. u have to loose fat by doing slow long cardio, u cant do fast cardio or u ll lose muscle size. once u loose fat, ur chest will look bigger. i would go heavy on chest and triceps but also mix high reps in on triceps exercises, bicep is decent but needs to be cut. need to add more size and definition on forearm. abs are coming keep at it, +1 for the hard work , u got this

Shit you done passed me up, I can't get my damn abs out. Did a jackson 7 point scale said I was 9 1/2 % body fat, but all the 9% is on my abs. LOL
im surprised i can see mine my bf is way higher than yours. 3-point says im 12.5% this am
My stupid scale says I'm 21%. LOL ;-P

hell yea! its a battle but a fun one. im going to take a 3-5 day break after pct then hit it hard...im drained right now and everything fn hurts

How much weight have you dropped so far?
thanks gfit, im down to 195 so 15 lbs total. felt like i could have lost some more fat but dont want to sacrifice any lean mass. i want to do a comp the first week of aug and my goal is 195lbs 5%bf so i have about a 13-14lb recomp in front of me
Sounds good Bro, I'm looking at a comp or 2 this year also! This EBC has proven to me I can do it if I want to! I learned quite a bit about Nutrition control. I'm gonna be doing some more research on Nutritional timing. It seems interesting and can make a big difference. Good Luck!
