Are you trying to bulk or cut? 292g carbs is like right in btwn...
For this first cycle it is time to get bigger. So I am attempting to bulk, what amount of carbs would you recommend?
I eat about 400 when i bulk and im 25 lbs lighter then u, i think u should start at 350 minimum..
Its alot of food, but you gotta eat big to get big!
Yeah it is but big boy, big plate as I always say. Also here is updated nutrients http://imgur.com/EPV6X.
Everything else look kosher?
My phine wont let me open the link but from what i see it looks good
This might work better http://i.imgur.com/EPV6X.png
ok i just got a chance to look at it, its a total of 3,634 cals, definitely not enough for u to bulk, its an ok start but i think u should work your way up to 4k, and as u put on weight continue to increase your cals so your gains don't come to a halt, good luck brotha
In that case I will probably add a cup of brown rice to my pre-bed meal, that should get me to about 350g
Also thank you for the reply.
No problem bro, and if your'e not growing just add more, also don't worry about a little fat gain..it happens when u bulk
how long are you going to do a zero carb diet for? Or am I missing something??
292g of carbs is far from zero........ I am guessing you are missing something.
i didn't open the link, my mistake.
No problem, dude. At a glance it does look relatively low in carbs.
