My girlfriend wants some answers.

Hello everyone my girlfriend wants to try a cycle but she needs help.

Shes
5-3 Height
125 pounds
25 years old

works out 5x a week training for about 4 years and workouts hardcore. lift heavy than most girls i know..

she wants to be a Fitness bikini competitor.

Now shes thinking to either do: clen, winstrol or var???????????????????

---she wants to loose BF% and have hard muscles and a 6 pack.
her diet i great just she has the last inch that is very hard to get rid of thats why this route.

I m going to be real honest with you .. if she takes var right now she isn't going to lose enough body fat to make her look like she wants to AND she will be thicker and weigh more. She will be disappointed and very unhappy. She needs to tweak her diet and get the fat off, period.

you are right. @hrdbdygrrrl i think clen is best for her. if u can come up with how long you think she should be on .. dose to start off. thank you all for great debates.

Clen: 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off.... As for the dosage of Clen: I would start her at 20mcg day 1, 40 mcg day 2, 60mcg day 3 and see how she feels after day 3. If she is A-OK, then on day 4 you can try 80, but 60 is probably all she needs. Once you step your way up to 60, stay at 60. Then the last few days of the 2 weeks...stair step back down.
Anavar: AFTER you are done with Clen (get the bf down) hit the anavar at 10mg a day. 5mg in the AM, 5mg in the PM.

minus trying to lose BF and wrap up tight. i honestly think clen would be great for her... @fitcpl2529.
Now to jg500dl i know tons of girls who have stepped on stage and have won 1st with out a a pro trainer.

Well I don't know much about the women's divisions because I don't really follow it. But there is either women's fitness, or women's bikini, and both are pretty different so it would be a good idea to know which one she wants. Bikini is more of like the typical beach body, sexy girl. Fitness is a harder, more athletic physique I believe, and then there's also women's figure and women's physique.

But I'd suggest to keep training hard and decide on a competition, then think about finding a prep coach. Anyone looking to compete whether it be bodybuilding or anything like it should have someone in their corner who know's their shit. Then they would be able to give her the best advice on anything
