yesterday we started thinking about possibly bringing in another MOD or 2 for training, we had a guy in mind but after talking to him yesterday and today it aint gonna work. So we would like to find out who is interested in trying to be a MOD. We haven't made the decision to definitely bring anyone in. We are just kicking the tires in the event that we need to consider adding a member or two as the site is growing and membership/activity is up. yes it has been proven that the majority of the big bad ass dudes on this site like to cry to a female MOD, but no we do not as of right now.
Boy oh boy....this is a tough call. well, you said TWO for training...so I vote for Nitti AND Irish!!! Two fine choices and they both have their positive qualities for being great mods. Nitti for one knows his shit and he knows how to be eloquent in discussions, posts comments that are more unbiased and helpful. I see Nitti not taking any shit either...as I have been there on certain posts with him when he sees and smells shit, lol.
Now Irish...lol, he's been around the block and knows what is to fly around here and what is not(not that Nitti DOESN'T know, because he does too), but Irish has been thru the ban, matured and came back a whole different member IMO. Irish would be a great enforcer of the Eroids law...something that seems to be an attribute of successful mods.

I think both Irish and DNate would also be fantastic. Two very different characters, but both have a lot to offer.
Holy shit! How did I miss this? Excellent decision. I think Nitti will be a damn good mod. He's been a huge help to me from day one here at Eroids. As far as Irish goes, I say hell yeah, give him a go. He's a hell of a guy and keeps shit real with a little humor on top. He knows his shit and can be pretty damn balanced if the situation requires.
I think nitti will do a great job undoubtedly, and irish is a chancer which is strongly worth considering imo

I did not even know Nitti was in the running as I haven't kept up on this the last couple of days. But I would like to say I think that Nitti is one of the most pragmatic, balanced, and just people that I have seen post on here. Also I would like to thank Roid,Bodybuilder, Viking, and BFG for doing an excellent job for us all. And a happy new years to all of my eroids family, I have never participated in any online site before in my life but this place draws you in:)

Ok so this is kinda where we are at, personally irish ive almost banned him 4/5/6 times I lost count and we are very concerned about bringing him on just yet, detroitnate was another candidate and a couple others. But this aint no hurry so where gonna take some time before we make a major decision on the second guy. by no means is anything set in stone on the second pick, we really wanted to see what you guys felt about irish so we knew whether or not he might be considered. the window for apps is still open, we will be paying attention to those that we have considered to see how things go until we make a decision. thanks for everybody's participation. happy new years.
