some people have shorter heads genetics wise. i know i do. good work.
breakingface"I know I need more mass" Isnt it interesting the guys in great shape are usually modest?
The guy in the honda civic drives 110mph down the highway, meanwhile the guy in the ferrari chills at the speed limit because he has nothing to prove.
Looking great bro!
LETS GET THEM BIATCHES TO 18 brutha! ;-)
That is the goal gotta keep killin it in the gym. Motivation 18 baby!
Hard to tell from that picture but not bad! You have a good peak, but the bicep itself is attached sort of high, meaning there is that gap between your forearm and flexed bicep. Blasting hammer curls will lengthen that up real good! Keep killin it!
sorry it's a little blurry, I notice your right there is a lot of space between the bi and the forearm, i dont really do hammers only when training forearms, so I will try to incorporate them into the bi routine thank you for the advice.
I was trying to make sense of the shape myself. I have noticed that people who do badly formed hammercurls, or really any curl, dont have a lengthy bicep. I hope you dont take offense to what I say. Specifically I mean when your arm is completely straight and your wrist face 90 degrees to the ground....the very beggining of the curl. I could also be wrong, and it could be something else, or nothing but the way your body is. I always liked a pyramid set of 12,10,8,6 and I curl enough so I can do two full sets without any stop. Than I hit the reverse grip curls. Nitpicking aside it looks good.
Oh and also I bet superseting with your tri's would be great. They can probably hold a lot of blood.
yeah my bi has always been short but I do extend all the way. I really want to lengthen the muscle but I dont think I can i will continue to work on it.Thank you for the feedback I really appreciate it.
No problem man. Try alternating dumbbell hammers. Its also good to throw in cross-body hammer curls and rope curls every once in a while. A good use of those will really work your biceps, brachialis, and forearms all together.
How often do you train your bi's a week? which excersizes do you do for the bi's?
looks good, your tri's are big
1 time a wee 4 different exercises 3 sets 10-15 reps always start with heavy standing straight bar curls, but for some reason they just wont get to 18 inches.
