Ok AM (Fasted 20 min cardio on stair master level 6-10 i change intensity to keep my heart rate up, then Abs ED Done with AM all you want is coffee or prework out at this time)
OK PM ( Weight Training Pick any two muscle groups with high reps heavy to moderate weight EVERY SET TILL FAILURE!! stop counting "i live by this" you wanna focus on getting the blood in the muscle group that you wanna train i do a lot of 1/4 with everything not full contraptions like most gets the blood in there really nice after weights Stair Master agian same rutine w/ abs
Carbs intake= Under 112 grams per day i chose to have them at breakfast to break em down during the day= 308 cals
Protein = 1,548 aprox cals
Total Cal intake aprox= 1,856

Well to entertain your question and concerns i'll take some time to answer your question first i am depleting for a comp here soon so i am updating my progress with my friends that have any question on what i am doing and inorder for me to prove to my friends that i know my shit i need to deliver results right right, furthermore if you spot some touch ups it's because i don't like unattractive acne so i mildy brush them up either way there is definitely no altering of what the actually photo looks like pulse i enjoy art so i take pride in my work i can post originals if you want to continue this.
