List things i can eat/drink to increase my calorie intake per day

It can cost a fortune to reach a certain numbers or calories per day when cycling or even whenever your not on gear to hold or increase your weight. What can i eat and/or drink to increase calorie intake??? Im just curious what everyone else on here does, im sure some of it can be useful in the future.
As far as shakes go i like Serious Mass ( the green and black bag ) i mix it with peanut butter, almonds, and bananas!
As far as a list of things food wise:
Peanut Butter
Nuts
Yogurt
Boneless Chicken
Steak
Pastas
What else????.....

No1Serious Mass with milk for me, I drink 2 of these a day which is about 2000 calories with milk along with my other whole foods I reach 5000 calories easily
food will always be the best choice, but if you are wanting an opinion on a great mrp/weight gainer type shake.. MHP's UP YOUR MASS has been around for awhile and is very balanced and doesn't seem to have much 'fluff'
of course food... i meant list high carolie foods or meals. i need ideas so i can hit up the grocery store tomorrow and buy a ton of food haha.
if you don't care about your calories, which you're giving me that impression, then you will gain unnecessary fat stores!.. if calories are all you care about then add sugar to everything you eat, drink gatorade, eat donuts lol. jeezus man.. imo you want to make sure you are getting quality calories and hence your focus should be on macro's .. hey Mars can you list some great carb sources? why yes beast I sure can! :-D sweet potatoes are my favorite! red potatoes, kale, spinach, oats (ugh everyone of course needs they're oats), and #1 pimp that ass carb.... *drum roolllla.. quinoa.. hell yea that shit is badass, plus it's good fats and complete protein all rolled up into one sexy mutafkn pak'aGe .. eat that shit every day, yea buddy. lol.. tell ya what, it's late I gotta work ya knw.. so tamaara I'll try to get on here and post up one of my weekly meals that was made tonight actually and will provide lunches (plural) for my monday and tuesday.
