Buddy Fainted!
Hey got a question. A friend of mine asked me to help him pin for his first time. He is running Test E 300. He was alittle nervous, but by no means over anxious. The dosing is 1 ml twice a week. I got him in the upper outer quadrant of his glute just where I pin and all the nursing videos say to pin. I used a 1 inch 18 gauge to draw, and a 1.5 inch 25 gauge. My buddy started getting light headed .3ml's into the injection. He said he was alright, and I kept pushing. Hit .6ml he said alright hold up. I pulled the needle out, and told him we could do the rest in the morning. Turned around to the counter, and set the needle down. He had passed out against the wall, and I caught him as he slid down the wall.
My man woke up instantly when I laid him on the floor. I elevated his legs to get some blood back to his head. He said his ears got real hot starting ringing a bit, and his face felt flush before he passed out. When he woke up he said, "WTF did I pass out?" After a few min he said he felt ok, but still alittle flush.
I said lets just keep the dose small the first week, and he replied "no" that he felt good enough to repin the rest. I got a fresh needle, and pinned him laying down in a bed, and this time in the other glute. I pushed the remaining .4ml alittle slower, and he felt light headed again! I couldn't of hit a nerve or a vein twice. Both times not a drop of blood. NO signs of irritation or hives itchiness nothing.
He's had shots before, and I know I've felt faint the same way with the ears burning and light headedness. Never fainted though. To be honest my thinking is it had to be an autonomous response to the injection. I mean Test-E doesn't get in the blood THAT fast. It sounds like shock to me. His brain just was like OH FUCK time to pass out. He's a Marine Officer, and no stranger to needles with all those damn immunizations. Thoughts?
UPDATE: It's been a few pins since then, and my buddy is 100% fine with them now. He just freaked himself out. Thanks for everyone's help.

Same thing happened to my boy about 20 years ago the first time we ran. Had some sweet sust amps and it was back in the day when everyone tapered doses. We did 1cc first 3 weeks, 2 cc 2nd 3 weeks, and this was first week of 3cc's. Basically he got a little freaked out and forgot to breathe. He was on the ground and we were slapping his face saying come on man stay with us like we were in nam or something. Once he woke up he said yeah, thats happened before in docs office, no biggie. Tell your buddy to breathe!!!
Wow if he cant pin him self he shouldnt be doing anything, second he fainted.... wow never heard the likes of it tbh he should not be doing a thing till he grows up :/ and he was scared and his mind blew it out so big he paniced
The response is very common ...some people have needle phobia...others are completely fine with the injection process..but ultimately their unconscious mind reacts otherwise and produces panic and fainting! Anyone experiencing this should practice for breathing techniques or even push a pin into a site (unloaded) ..visually see the needle inside their body and tell themselves approx ten times out loud that they are safe..and they are willingly doing the action to produce positive results...then withdrawal the needle..discard it..and preparation for actual injection process

yep pinned him 4 times since then 100% fine just freaked himself out the first time.
Vasovagal response...common place in hospital setting
Anondid you aspirate before pushing the plunger in?
Hmm was he watching the needle go in? Tell him not to watch and gettem calm.. Make it sound like it's a not a big deal.. He prlly got freaked out like every one said.. Letem listen to music do everything to take his mind of the fact theres a needle in his ass LOL
Only different variable beside the compound was you injecting it at home and bit a nurse in a doc office he just worked his self up and forgot to breathe most likely.
well Broc speaking from experience being pushed through medical and getting shot ten times with an airgun in the delt is quite a bit different than getting a shot with gear in it. As for being an officer.. in my world, that makes him more likely to pass out rather than less likely ;p .. really though everyone has different physiological reactions to being pinned. Compounds do different things to different people and if he was nervous or anxious at all that throws another variable into the mix. I suspect that he will adjust to pinning over time.
Ha I'll have to tell him that he's predisposed to passing out because he's a officer. He's about a year younger than me so he's not as hardened as some of the seasoned vets I know. I'll update this post if he adjusts or has another fainting spell.

I hated needles and the first few times I went to pin myself I got all light headed and had that flushed face feeling and also started blacking out. It went away after I got use to the pinning. Its all in his head.
It's a bit different, whenever you are being pinned with AAS. Your brain doesn't really know how to react at first. His brain got the best of him. I have a bad needle phobia, and my first pin starting my cycles always make me dizzy, light headed, with the hard ringing in the ears. I also passed out my first pin. I was on the couch pinned, got dizzy and got up from the couch went to my bedroom bathroom, and boom passed out hit the floor woke back up instantly (I think). At least you were there to help catch him.
My suggestion next time, is have him take a nice hot freaking shower to relax, take some deep breaths and pin his ass. HAHA

He freaked and passed out. A marine wont tell you he passes out every time.....

Relatives stories of injection day in military......watching the big giant tough guys flop on floor and all the nurses giving puns while dude was flat out. Lol.....needles are freaky sometimes.
