I'm 23 and here to gain knowledge myself after getting shit on due to legal troubles. I advise everyone to do the research themselves before they get involved in a cycle just cause their buddy is helping them. What if something happens to your buddy? Your fucked! Pretty much what happened to me... Lesson learned thats why I'm here.

you have to spend the time reading and learning, this is best way bro. I've put my time in and now have found what I think will work for me.. and that's the key, you have to find out what works for YOU.. right now I'm experiencing what works for me and only through time will I be able to fine tune this.
It's never a good idea to do a cycle that a buddy tells you. So many people out there cycle incorrectly. I have seen tons of people do messed up cycles because their buddy is HUGE or he is a PRO powerlifter ect... It's incredibly stupid to listen to one person when using these horemones when you could listen to hundreds of people with years and years of experience on here.

Just read read read. Going into a cycle well educated is going to make the cycle a lot smoother.
