Need Guidance and Experienced Help on this one!

Goal: To cut and gain lean mass
Get libido back and body back on track to being normal

I'm 23 years old currently 208 lbs as of Nov. 24, 2012. I did my first cycle back in March and was cut short in early June due to some legal issues I ran into. I had a coach that walked me through everything but no longer have access to that info, which was also where I received my gear.

I was taking Test E 300 twice weekly for a total of 600mg per week. Since I came off cold turkey, now 20 weeks after I stopped I still have some libido issues. At first I couldn't get it up during the heat of the moment now it just doesn't get full erect. And have no desire for sex which I used to be an animal all the time before I started this. I was going to take nolvadex but I came clean with my doctor and told him the story and that I no longer had acces to 2 more weeks worth and I needed to come off the gear. And he told me to take nothing and just let my body do what it needs to do in order to get it back to normal which he said could take up to a year or so. Had the doctor run a blood test on all my levels and my testosterone was elevated and my liver enzymes were slightly elevated.

The only side effects during cycle I experienced was acne on back and chest and hairy hairy back (both now gone thankfully). I now want to do this the right way with access to the right community to help me do it the right way. Also now I have dry skin spots which I didn't have before I started. My goal now is to incorporate this new cycle into my already super clean diet. And 5 day a week work outs I'm already doing.

Diet now:

No Alcohol (ex. beer, booze)
No Sugars (ex fruits)
No Dairy
No Natural Fats (ex. nuts)
ZERO Cheat Days

Breakfast (noon lol) - 8 egg whites (from egg itself no carton or substitues), 3/4 Cup of Oats with Stevia Sweetner

2hrs later - Protein Source (Poultry, Steak, Fish) and Clean Carb (Sweet Potato or Brown Rice)

2hrs later - Protein Source (Poultry, Steak, Fish) and Clean Carb (Sweet Potato or Brown Rice)

2hrs later - Protein Source (Poultry, Steak, Fish) and Clean Carb (Sweet Potato or Brown Rice)

After work out - Shake (2 scoops Whey Isolate, 1 Scoop Herbalife Protein)

Bed 1/2 hrs after - 2 scoops of Casein Protein

WORK OUTS:

5 days a week, with 20 mins cardio in morning after 1st meal (Breakfast) and 20 mins cardio after workout.

How many times on here do we hear about coachs that keep fucking people up!... no pct after cycle your coach needs fucking with a big stick imo... you dont need experienced help bro you need to educate yourself and stop taking other peoples words as the gospel... you click your fingers and expect us to all come running throwing knowledge at your feet!.. sorry to wake you up man but it dont work like that around here and quit the 5 day w/outs thats BS and just tiring you out even more... and how lazy is your suppossed daily nutrition intake laid out.. WTF a trained chimp could type that shit .. breakfast at noon ?? you are playing at this man PLAYING!!

It was my buddy.. We both got caught up, we both had our own hustle and our world came crashing down. After moving back towards home from college (now 4 months later) I'm now ready to get my levels back to normal. I don't mean to come off as a hand out, but just wanted some of your guidance. And I do eat that daily and work out that way weekly. I do 3 lifts per muscle group then cardio that way it's not too much.

It will take 6-8 months for your natural production to return to normal without any aid. You really need to do a lot of homework on here before starting any protocol friend. It sounds as though you were running an n19 like deca along with your cycle. You need to find out what your Estroidial and Lh levels are as well to get a better picture of whats going on. Also were you taking any AI's or Nolva while on cycle? What are your stats? BF%? You can cut fat easily on that diet as long as you stay in 2400 calories range if your workouts are intense enough; from what you described you should be able to burn 1000 a day just in exercise. It takes 3000 to burn one pound of fat so you should burn no more than -6000 a week for a two lb loss to be safe. Get a heart rate monitor and keep your heart rate in the 130-160 range on your lifts....I know you wont be killing the sets like waiting three minutes between sets but you will burn 12-15 calories a minute and you will be able to track your workouts giving you visual numbers so you can tweak your routine. Thank you for responding i appreciate it!I was running only test e. twice per week. I've already cut alot natural way which I want to continue it this way until my libido is fix. I just need to know where to go

What exactly are you asking for? Is it help with your libido/erection problems or planning another cycle? I would suggest you do not do the latter as you're already having problems.

Did you run a pct after your cycle? It sounds as though you didn't.

Happy to help you out but running another cycle is NOT the way to solve your current problem.

No I didn't run anything after I had to quit cold turkey cause we both got into some trouble.. I'd like to fix my libido issues first definitely but Id love to start another cycle once everything is back on track. I'd be willing to get more blood work just don't know what work I need.

No PCT = Very slow recovery. 23 years old and libido problems, this is exactly why we go on about research and making sure you do things according to correct protocol.

You need to complete a complete hormone panel. Blood work is the only way to go here, anything else is just guess work.

Ok ill go get that this coming up week on one of my days off. What do I do when I have the bloodwork info? Also where do you usually have to go to get this done?
