+ 1 EBC Week 2 Update

Still dropping body fat but increasing body weight little by little!
Exercise weights are still coming up on most exercises even with the low carb nutritional adjustments!
Calipers are not giving me accurate % values using a 3 point measurement. Says I'm 6-8%(yeah right!) using those 3 spots (Chest, quad, and AB). I'll see if the gym does it. Anyway the % don't matter, the measurements are getting smaller and I can see more "stuff"! LOL ;-P

Yeah i dont believe the 3 point is that accurate.. Back in like 1997 i got a caliper test and they did. Chest, tris, back, abs and quad. She pinched so hard she left bruises on me. Your looking great tho g fit!
See that's part of the reason I bought the new calipers, it has a lil ball that clicks in and stops at the right pressure, and a lil sliding scale that stays in place so you can read it after you let go. 8 more weeks just gotta stay the course. The late workouts are tough going heavy with no carbs since Noon! Oh well couple less reps still working to exhaustion!
Man! Who you telling! I stop carbs after breakfast and i have zero energy im so weak.lol. Every 4th day i have a highe carb day. Ill adjust it soon. Im super flat ritenow.

Right now its low carb everyday. I'm looking at some carb cycling plans to see if we can "cheat" a lil. LOL ;-P

carb cycling does some amazing shit to me but the problem is i never adjust to the low carb days. if i could stick to the same routing with carb cycling i feel like i would be way more shredded then just doing low carb all the time
I think what's working for us is limiting carb intake to morning 50-100 (per Viking). No carbs after 12-2, or extremely low. That way there's no change. I'm sure my body is gonna get used to it though and I'll have to switch up, thus the carb cycling study!
