another fucking stupid PCT question for you to answer.

12 weeks test e, 250 x 2 week, 500 for 12 weeks.
post now like 2 weeks.
weigh 180, five eight - going to start second cycle shortly.
how much do you recommend and for how long/cycle for the following: thanks guys. can someone help me out with this - I am not good at figuring out PCT - good at alot of other things, but not this.

Nolva and Clomid are really simliar. Alot of people swear running clomid and nolva together, but either nolva or clomid by itself is just fine. The drugs are so similiar it's un-neccessary to take both. It's analogous to taking ibuprofen and tylenol to get rid of a headache; redundancy is un-necessary, but in certain instances useful. Since, it's just a test-e cycle then pick one drug. Seeing as you already have some nolva I'd just get some more. 25mg caps is hard to dose 40mg. It's recommended at 20mg doses, but 25mg might be alright depending on how you body responds.
First two weeks 40mg every day of nolva then the next two weeks 20mg every day. So like eatchickn said 40/40/20/20. Its 28 days PCT. Or if you get clomid its 100/100/50/50, because it's a a weaker drug. I say just pick one, but it's up to you everyone has their own preferences. So you need 42 pills of Nolva to make it through your 28 days of PCT. Too much of either drug can increase side effects if you buy an additional pack of 35 nolva pills don't up the dose more just because you can that would be overkill. Stick with a safe and effective dosing info like advised. Start taking the nolva 20 days after your last shot. I think thats the right calculation for the half life considering your dosing at 250 for 12 weeks. I think thats it.

thanks - seriously. I've got great bulk but sometimes no brains so thanks for going easy on me.... so the 40/40/20/20 is mg per week for 4 weeks - eod?, etc.
its 40mgs a day for the first week then 40mgs a day for the second week then 20mgs a day for the the 3rd week n then 20mg a day for the last week, thats for nolva,
for clomid fallow the same thng but 100ED first week 100ED 2nd week 50ED 3rd week, 50ED last week,
U have 25mg caps so u could just take 50/50/25/25 n get some clomid bro
