castroajok then good luck with your theory and keep going .. of course not everyone should be pro and champion ..
Hey mate there is no real point in getting fat just to put on size. Size comes with healthy eating of clean sources of carbs, protien and fats. Yes I said fats. THey are essential as well. It's just where you get them from and the amount that matters. Far tomany people get hung up on over eating just to put on size. The size you put on is mostly around the guts mate. You cant flex fat.
castroaju need to study more and more ...and i m sure i am more PRO than u , but anyway thanks for comment
I would advise you to study up on you carb, protein and fat sources and how they are utlized in your overall diet plan - this means you need to have a good handle on your short term training goals and where you want to be in say a 12 week time frame. The sources of carbs, fats and proteins need to be worked into daily regimen at specific times of the day based on your training schedule. A good resource to get you started on nutrition basics is "The Body Sculpting Bible for Men" by James Villepigue and Hugo Rivera. Beware of "cookie-cutter" diets (some are presented in this book) in this book and BB mags as well. Your diet plan needs to be taylored for you -apply the concepts presented and create your own plan - this is an ongoing exercise that changes as your body changes - have fun!
castroajJames Villepigue! u trust to some source like this skinny guy !i have much better body than this guy !
Then why are you asking for advice on how to feed it? It's not just about the #'s bro!
castroajTo be honest i wanted to know what s level of knowledge of guys in here...no disrespect though
You keep that much protein up for too along you will go to the hospital with bleeding kidneys bro. It should be 2.2 grams per kilo or 1.2 gram per lb of body weight you intend on being at the end of cycle. So if you wanna put on 30 lbs to 250 you should be in the 300 grams range. Plus you will not retain that much nitrogen even on gear. But you will put on a nice layer of fat unless your burning 6-10 thousand calories a day!
castroajHowever u should consider where u wanna stand , if you are planning for competition u should train and eat like one ,,, this is clip of coleman , in only one serving he has 100 GR proteine supplement however u should consider your weight too..

castroajWrong - Proteine is not liver toxic , if you even get extra amount of proteine ,your body put it away , you shouldnt worry about kidney
No1who said its liver toxic? that has nothing to do with kidneys
castroajanyway i found my answer , so i leave it in hear , so others can use it too ..
when u are doing normal bulking :
They are in gram :
u need
1 * ur weight = proteine
10* ur weight= Cal
1.5 * ur weight =Carbs
for Heavy bulking(heavy bulking means for those who only wanna compete for competition and not amateur bodybuilders )
3 * Ur weight = proteine
20 * ur weight = Cal
2 * Ur weight = Carbs
don't forget fat sugar and sodium ...
u need somewhere around 100 g fat not more , 60 G sugar , 2500 Sodium
also what are you trying to bulk up too??
fats??????
No1660g protein is just non sense
Those are just macros not a clue what your eating!?!
castroajI know how to handle eating and what to eat . My question is about numbers , that if i have right numbers on my diet !
What foods does this diet consist of?
castroaji dont understand what do u mean by that question ! but of course there are different meals and foods and supplements that each person will have during a day which goal is to achieve this level of cal , carb and prot!
Well ur post says what do we think about your diet therefore i thought youll have your whole diet layout not just ur macros.
castroajThen i am sorry for confusion , no actually my question is only about my diet digits ..
