Chicken is a good slow breakdown protein, tuna, tilapia, whey after workout...milk. Carbs--oatmeal, yams- red potatoes are sweet with just lemon pepper. Multigrain breads. You're bulking so 6 meals with high proteins and good complex carbs. Control the fat with cardio. Food forums...bigDbag, vike,, tread, grrrl are better at each meal layout. I just have chicken/fish/lean beef every meal with brown rice and mixed steamed veggies.

i did tren on my second cycle so i have no room to tell u that u shouldnt run tren because its ur second cycle but I will tell u that i really do regret using tren so early. The reason i regret it is cuz although tren gives absolutely amazing results I feel like i could have reached the same goals with other substances just as easy, since I was so inexperienced when I first used tren. Also now i want to run tren in every cycle cuz it gives me the best results by a longshot, i can use it for bulking, lean bulk or whatever, tren works great for pretty much whatever result i want to achieve. I love tren! So basically what I'm trying to have u understand is that u might want to re-think using tren so early cuz u can simply use, for example in a bulking cycle, test, eq or deca, then winstrol or anavar or something at the tail end of ur cycle so u can take any bloat u might get from the test and deca combo. (i get a little bloat using those two). But yeah if i could go back i would so i could take advantage of tren later on in future cycles when the other compounds effects lessen a bit. Good luck buddy

Just pinned last night the test prop and it was all good even though my wife wouldn't get up to dk it for me(I'm a Mangina when it comes to needles). My friend is also running the same cycle so we will post a review in a few weeks once we start seeing things happen.

Well I received my package today and I can't speak on the quality of the gear yet but if the quality is anything like customer service I'm not worried at all!
