use benadryl less expensive less side effects and less likely to kill you when you come off.

JohnnyBlackI've seen MANY times girls and guys coming off of benzos in the many rehabs I've been to and some of the detoxes were JUST as bad as methadone withdrawal and alcohol (seizures and other serious serious problems). My roommate was a 32 year old benzo AND ache addict and he had a heart attack day 29 out of 30 of rehab :-(

good job about thinking of the negative impacts those zannys have,I too use to take them for sleep and anxiety...But grrl is right I started taking a couple bendryls will let you sleep like a baby...There great when sometimes you just cannot sleep, And no bad side effects either...Also watch your diet hopefully your not drinking caffeine like past 7pm...that helps too..also changing my workouts to night helped tremendously.
WhAt ya think about taking melatonan? Always worked well for me and you can get it anyway and not really expensive.I like it because I dint feel groggy when I wake-up
I love a blend 1/2 table spoon of nyquil 3mg of mealatonin 5mg of gaba and some valerian root is amazing knock.out cock tail lol plus cheap less harsh and works on high tren a or e cycles

gaba smells like dirty socks. Used to get pharma grade right from gnc in the old days. It was a waste of money imo. The melatonin seems to be the safest and best. Im hyper active so I dont sleep much. Other products leave me groggy.

It all depends on your physiology.. I d suggest using the sublingual tabs rather than the other ones..
Melatonin worked great for me on last Tren cycle, I just had trouble getting to sleep for 3 or 4 nights after I stopped using it :(

I lost :( I challenged American Kodiacs "Pip-Free" gear mainly the prop. So I injected 2ccs in my delt. Absolutely pip free. The next day I forgot which delt I had injected. So I said fuck it the quad will be a bitch. So I pumped 2CCs in my quad the next time. Absolutely no pip. I'm amazed I've never had prop where there is no pip, no bump, nothing but straight hard ons.
