DNP Cycle 11lbs in 10 days
Bought 250mg DNP from a source on here.
Took 1 tab daily for 3 days until started feeling a little out of breath and sweating at night, skipped a day then started again at 1 tab a day for 3 more days skipped another, followed that pattern for 10 days. Side's where surprisingly mild like that.
Dropped 11lbs and waiting for the water to come out, expecting a little more to come off.
Will rest for a week and start again to drop the last little bit off that I want to remove.
I felt very little effect at that dose and so was able to function at an almost normal level, changed my leg workout around as heavy squats and presses wouldn't have been possible other than that workout was close to normal. I could have increased the dose but felt no need as the fat was coming off quickly anyway.
First day on makes you crave carbs a lot but I still lost on those days even if I ate more. That includes the days that I restarted after a day off, carb cravings are up on those too after that, normal appetite or perhaps slightly lessened appetite was the norm.
Tried clen and eph but the sides are worse on those for me. Diet and cardio usually sorts me out but due to injury can't get enough cardio in nowadays.
If you eat sugary crap you sweat a lot more so I found it best to resist those before bedtime or sleeping involves lying in a pool of sweat.
I would say this, low dose is effective even if you can't feel it, you don't necessarily need to increase the dose for it to work and if you want to run a high dose, wait until day 3 or 4 to see how you handle it first.

Trying this for the first time next week. Dropping my current clen/t3 cycle. Sitting at 8.1 percent bf atm hoping it brings me down to 5 by the 27th. Diet and shit all in check, anyone recommend a good zero cal electrolyte power
I got a recent story of exactly NOT how to run DNP. A fellow I know did 1000 mg for 3 days, 1200 on the 4th day. Ended up in the ER and at least had the good sense to ask for dantrolene administration for the heat exhaustion. Let this be a cautionary tale to everyone who has the mentality of "if 1 pill works well, then 5 must work even better!". The math is pretty easy to figure out.. don't exceed 20mg/kg active DNP in your system unless you like the feeling of being a walking furnace.
Wzrd540 is right the shit really hits the fan at 500, its a huge difference from 250, make sure you have some form of electrolytes handy aswell, i made the mistake my first time round of ignoring them and i suffered alot, i didnt sleep for 4 days with the heat and i had stomoch pains and headaches that made me wanna curl up and die, but if you do this shit right youl drop 1-1.5 pounds every day or two no problem and the best thing is it stays off. just speaking from experience here bro hope i helped.
I am 235lbs im going to be taking 250mg at most per day for two weeks. What electrolytes do you use? I have a good multi vitamin ( orange triad) i will be drinking minimum of 6 litres of water a day ( maybe more) but im struggling to find any electrolytes to find? The DNP I have bought contains 1000mg of Vitamin C in it, my multi vitamin contains 833mg per serving also. So i'll be at around 3g a day.
I obviously use omege 3 fish oil also.

id recommend these ones. im gonna start off back in the gym today ive turned into a fat 213 lb asshole. probably sitting at 30% bf so im really big.
im gonna try get down to 189 by the end of december with no cutting agents like EC or DNP so all i have to do is average a loss of 2lbs a week untill then. after that il kick it into overdrive and get into the shape ive always dreamed of. im hoping to be sitting at 170 ish by the summer of 2013. wish me luck bros.
Good luck mate, I want to be down to at least 20 lbs for xmas so say 219, that should put me at at a much lower bodyfat % too. It seems odd that with 213lbs you are at 30% bodyfat, what is your height? We should keep each other accountable. I have access to DNP but i've decided im going to drop more before I use it.
well i just guesses the 30% i could be anything ha im 5 ft 8 or 9 so not tall and not very muscular so im carrying alot of fat unfortunately. im going to reasess my goals and plans every 4 weeeks to get the best results.
Gatorade works good, or one of those vitamin water sports drinks that are high in electro's. eat a lot of fruit as well, the natual fructose in them will help your liver.
I don't think DNP does any liver damage thankfully. Read a few studies which says its not toxic on your organs its just the heat stroke if you OD which causes organ shutdown or damage. Ty for recommendation!
Thinking of ordering from d-hacks also( assuming you used him) and giving this a run. I am concerned about the side effects and dosing so I was considering running 250mg EOD for say 2-3 weeks alongside a low carb/high fat diet. One thing im wondering though is if this is a good time to take some time off the gym or if workouts become uncomfortable?
not sure if that would work. just stick to 250 per day and dont double up after a few days and you should be fine. when i hit 500mg a day i started to get lathargy and my workouts suffered a little bit but the end result was more than worth it.

I am a bit weary of dosing 250mg for the first four days, I think id rather dose 250mg followed by another 250mg and then a day off to see my tolerance, or day off after the first one maybe. Winter is fast approaching in the UK so im not too worried about boiling alive on this stuff.
Dinitro. he's not on here but after a lot of research, he was the top dnp maker out there. 250 a day is not too harsh at all.....hot, but tolerable. it's when you hit 500 a day that shit gets real! lol
DNP really is the best for fat loss. i was amazed how fast it worked for me, if you can get passed the heat. i'd hate to try and take that shit in the summer! lol

What was your diet like while on?
yeah good stuff, cheers mate. The few people who have kept it dosed at around 200mg all still seem to report good fat loss without the sides of higher doses. nice idea easing off on the dosing so you could continue without the sides!
