What tread said.. what are your goals? what do you want to accomplish? have you read any of the stickies in the lounge yet?
Stickies? Im not sure what your reffering too, but for about a year I have been reading yall's post, working up the nerve to comment , and ask questions. I am gonna look for the stickies and I will get back to yall when I have a more formulated plan and questions. sorry for jumping the gun
Stickies are the post that are at the top of each section that stay there. For example, in The Ladies Lounge there is a sticky that is titled Beginers Cycle. Read that.
the posts that are stuck at the top of the page.. but if you've been reading grrrls post (now anonymous) then you've read them .. but it would be helpful to know what it is you are aiming for and your expectations. I d be happy to help you get there ;-)
I have never been able to gain weight or mass I want to get a fuller tighter bottom, larger calfs and solid thighs, I would also like to get some better definition in my ab area, I am naturally a bit cut in particular in the arm chest and torso area, I want to add more mass to my lower body to balance out my top half. I dont want to be manly I want to keep my feminine curves but I want everything sky high and tight and more fullness in lower body. Im ashamed to say I have never worked out in my life, but people always assume I have really great definition in my upper body for not working out if I could just turn my lil bit of body fat into muscle I think that would be a great start. I have a great fitness center at my house bc of the hubby, and I stay at home so the sky is the limit I have the time, and I have the drive, I want to look and feel the best I have ever in my life.
Sounds like you need to work out right now. Why would you use AAS if you haven't seen your results with out it?
I am a instant gratification kinda person I need results or I wont do it, in watching the hubby try without and then the difference with it was like night and day, plus I have tried every weight gainer known to man and nope no weight, the gh has helped me to keep a better weight up I use to stay at 100-105 but now with the gh I can keep 115-122
aas is a tool, without the diet, and training, I can guarantee that you won't see the results that you think you should have.. you also won't keep what you gain.. if it was just a pill to take and sit on your ass that would be fairly cool but it isn't .. lol.. I know I work harder, train harder, rest more, and eat better while running gear.. that's the way it should be.
Start doing some squats. Get on those legs girl! You aren't going to hurt anything. Plus everything takes some time. My leg and ab days are my favorite on or off cycle. Everyday I work I know I'm getting closer to my goals! Yes, I love being on cycle, but I still love pushing myself when I'm not. Get your mind right!
tread-mBT, would be a good idea to lay out your goals for the girls before they return. A cycle is a pretty generic term and the goal will much determine the use of compunds if any at all. What you wish to obtain long term is crucial of course to diet. The "cycle" is only for periods of time so thinking of cause and effect if the cycle is the reason for obtaining the goal then as soon as the cycle is gone the newly obtained goal goes with it. If diet is the true reason for change then the gear increasing the protein synthsis will heighten your results and then once the gear is gone the results can be maintained with the diet that truly caused them to begin with. Carb work is the quickest way to cut bf and from there sensible diet to help the maintanance of that goal and achievment. You might lay out your current hgh protocol with your goals as well...Good luck with all !
I Have NO desire to diet nor lose weight I am 120 sometimes less, I have lil body fat naturally with no working out, my issue is that I have never been able to gain weight or mass I want to get a fuller tighter bottom, larger calfs and solid thighs, I would also like to get some better definition in my ab area, I am naturally a bit cut in particular in the arm area, I just want to improve on what I have, by lifting and adding more mass to my lower body to balance out my top half. I will post my pics soon so the before ever working out or doing anabolics pics. My hgh protocol differs dependent on quality and how readily it is available, but regardless I do min 3iu 7 days a week and have done up to 6iu 5 days a week, the most I have done was 7iu pharm grade for every other dose in my week. I have never had to diet or workout so I think I am a lil obsessed with the instant gratification and quick results which is why I am interested in trying anabolics, I dont even know where to start or which supplements would be best for me.
tread-mOk so I won't ask your age as usefull as that is, I've lived long enough to know better. Let me clear the most important thing you will ever hear up as to the goals you mention. The word "diet " is misunderstood, particularly by women. What you eat is your diet. If you wish to change your body you have to think diet first, it will be the reason for change and the reason you keep any change you get. So back to "cause and effect". Look in the mirror. What you see there is an effect of your current diet and lack of gym, cause. For the effect to change the cause has to also change. So ujnless you are a genetic freak you will need change to create change. New cause, new effect. So if you are 25 and look as good as described not really a genetic freak necessarily. If you are 40, then maybe a bit of the nice genetics came your way given you don't workout at all. So you are here and have goals and are willing to work at that so you need a diet to not only achieve that but to "keep" it. If you achieve your goal with AAS or diet or both and then stop the cause the effect goes to. All of us here and myslef have to "eat to the goal" or the goal is simply no attainable, that means the yr round work to get and maintain the look we desire. Will you likely cut a bit more from some good gym work, yes. Will you stack on a little size? Not much if any. The reason being you have genetics you are trying to beat in terms of what you are vs what you want to be. To overcome that you need to leave the "normal" way of thinking in terms of your diet. Remember, diet is simply what you eat its not Jenny Craig. although, if thats what you eat then thats your diet. Its just the specific foods and the frequency of that food being taken in. Your body will use protein about every 2 hrs so if you do want some size you have to make that protein available every 2 hrs. That along with gym would go a very long way and with your hgh alone you may find where you wish to be. A little var low dose later may benefit your goal as well but I thinkbyou first see what I'm referring to in the diet and gym and if you follow the thoughts of frequent protein and good solid diet work then I think you surprise yourself. For all of us who have found our goals and or are working on them I assure you "diet " is the whole thing, the yr round work that achieves and maintains that achievment by changing the cause and then the effect. While I think your hgh use has at times been high I would ask if you have been getting bloods that include thyroid? The 7 iu's thing if good gh concerns me. Hgh can suppress thyroid at the T-4 level and that of course can suppress T-3 given its a bi-product of T-4 and then you have TSH out of whack. Not only is that very unhealthy given thyroid is somewhat the catalyst for metabolic rate but it can be counterproductive slowing your thyroid, some of the very reasons you would hold bf all wrapped up in that. IMO for your little size I would be around 1 iu ed and maybe staircase to a bit higher in say an anavar cycle or whatever. So I hope at least some of that helps but most importantly you have to begin thinking about proper diet. Every one of these women you see in mags or the ripped up girls at the gym or in public or wherever got there via diet to goal, cause and effect. I would encourge you to start a thread about diet only as to your goal. It will teach you more about those goals than any conversation you will ever have about gym or compounds. I love the whole thing but very aware diet is 90% and the other 10% is gym, sleep, gear etc etc. Diet is what you eat and not a naughty word even though it does have 4 letters.
