Anavar or Winny last 4 weeks of cycle, worth it?
Whats up guys?Like to get some feedback on this. Im on week 6 of a planned 12 week cycle. My cycle is as follows:
1-4 Dbol 50 mg ed
1-5 Test prop100 eod
9-12 Test prop100 eod
1-10 Tren Ace100 eod
1-10 Test E300 e3d
My goal was to gain a few lbs of muscle on the first month while on the dbol,tren and test.Then the next two months drop my bf% from 16.5% to sub 10% by the end of the cycle keeping as much muscle as possible.Tough goal but possible in my opinion.Im in week 6 of my cycle,I started at just under 210 at 16.5% bf, now Im 196 at 13.5% bf.
This is my fifth 12 week cycle, first one in five years. My goal is to be 5-7% bf over 190 lbs by July for my first show.
I just changed my diet to a low carb high protein diet to help aid in the fat loss. My question fellas is should I add anavar or oral winny to the last 4 weeks of my cycle to help me hit that 9.9% with less muscle lost.Is it worth it? I have not taken either compound before. Thanks in advance guys, really appreciate the knowledge on these boards.

Thanks for all the constructive criticism and advice guys. I guess that will be the last time i go to a npc pro bb for cycle advice since this is the exact cycle he proposed. my diet is definitely not perfect, thsts for sure but this is what i ate yesterdsy. Meal 1- 10 raw eggs, five whites, 5 whole. meal 2- on protein 1 serving. meal 3- 2chicken breast with butter olive oil pepper and garlic. brocoli and velveeta cheese. meal 4- 4 pieces of tilapia baked with butter. meal 5- 1 serving on pro complex gainer post workout. meal 6- hamburger half pound with poblano peppers and pasta sauce. meal 7- 2 cups of cottage cheese. so for i have been satisfied with my progress. I dont want to lose to much too fast. i work 55 hrs perweek in manufacturing so i feel i have accomplished alot under the circumstances. So i burn alot of cals during my 10-12 hr workdays. i will definitely ask for advice before beginning my next cycle this spring.

I am willing to do anything in order to compete next year and win within 2 years at my state level. I have two buddies that got their pro cards within the past two years and when we were in school and are mid twenties they were asking me how to get swole haha. I even just took a job as assistant manager at my gym with a significant pay cut starting next month to dedicate more time to training. I will be state champ in the under 200 lb division, its just a matter of when. Thanks again to everyone for taking their time to help a bro out.

There is not much i can say on this that my brothers have not already said... You need to listen to all the advice that was givin to you and run with it... Like they said if your goal is and should be to cut fat this cycle is ALL wrong. you have cut agents in there, but you have bulk agents in therre. Fat is still fat even if you have huge mass underneath, please take the advice that was givin and go from there.
Here's what I'd do from this point forward:
Order up enough npp and mast to run each at 400mg/week for the last 6 weeks of the cycle. Diet. Harder than you are. Swap the npp for the tren. With the mast you will be getting a nice substitute for the var/winny with something that's more effective imo. You can run the var, but once again I'd save that for prep. The npp will help you preserve muscle and help your joints feel better and allow you to lift heavier. You don't need tren right now, and definitely don't need it for 4 more weeks. You really can even do without the npp, being that it's your first cycle in years, you could have just gotten away with just prop and enanthate. It does make a nice substitute for tren though. Next time you go to run a cycle, bring it here first, and bring your goals and diet along with it. Speaking of diet, why don't you post what you ate yesterday up without lying while we're at it.

You should have dieted before you even started the cycle. You did a Dbol kicker which wasn't the best for your goals when it comes to dropping BF%...
This cycle is all wrong for your goal--Looks like you are going to do Tren regradless so that doesn't matter. Adding Anavar or Winny will not help you.. The only thing that can help is a Diet.
IMO--you should have dieted for about 30-60 days first. Get that shit kicking you would have easily dropped from 16.5% to 12% if not less. And if your were trying to trim up even more.. If your Diet was in check.. and you ran a shorter 8 week cycle with the right Compounds you would have Easily been down to 9.9% BF

cdaddy7This is my opinion......Winny will work but only give u strength and achy joints at 13%.... For winny to optimally cut u then your bf must b 9% or lower.....Anavar will not benefit you optimally until u are 12% or less...now for ur bodybuilding friend....he forgot to tell u the one part about this thing called genetics that comes into play....Steroids do not create, they enhance your genetic potential.....it is maximized by the fine tuning of DIET/NUTRITION first, then gear and training.....same reason I have a friend that barely has a skater of the commitment I have and he touches a weight in the gym and he grows and his physique u would swear he's on something....now do you think if I took his advice and training plan, that i would grow? Hell no!!! You have to consider all things bc everyone is different but the rule of thumb for the most part doesn't change....it makes it common and guys outside that an exception to the rule.....STOP.....LISTEN.....LEARN....lot of good guys advising that this is a bad idea...

Bro, mistake #1- with that BF and those goals you should be thinking about leaning out natty before cycle
Mistake #2-cycles should be well planned out in advance. Changing up plan mid cycle is a rookie mistake.
Mistake #3- with minimal research you would know that var and winny are most effective
at 10% BF
Mistake #4- Just looking at this cycle you really have no business running tren at this point
I'm kinda confused this is like a bulk and a cut cycle? You should have went with Tbol if you wanted to stay lean. I hope you are using caber along with that tren. As far as using anavar or Winnie I think it depends on where you're bf levels are. I personally think you should be around 10 percent before even doing either but I also believe in running anavar longer that 4 weeks. I would say save the anavar and Winnie for next cycle and run this
Week 1-4 test prop 100mg eod
Week 1-12 test E 600mg week
Week 13-16 test prop 100mg every other day
Week 9-16 anavar 50mg ED
So not worth it to extend the cycle to 16 weeks to help get from 13% to 10%.Add the anavar or just get some more prop.
Don't rely on AAS to drop your body fat down, a good diet along with cardio is the way to do that. When I want to get really ripped during the summer yes I do take compounds that help with that. But I change my diet up,up my protein drop my carbs down and I up my cardio to twice a day and get super lean. You can take all the cuttiing drugs in the world but if your diet isn't dialed in along with cardio those compounds aren't going to do shit for you. Remember if you want your body to change diet is everything.
I would NOT run anavar this time bro you already ran dbol you don't want to fuck your liver up. Run the test longer. Drop the tren. And you can still get to 10 percent with diet and test bro wait till next time to run the anavar and give your liver a break.

Time on +pct = time off generally bro so if you run 12 weeks and 4 weeks pct then 16 weeks off. That's the normal rule of thumb

first off no on the anavar your body fat being at 16.5% u will just be wasting money and 2nd u should have posted up your cycle before u got 6 weeks in we could have helped u come up with a cycle to get u were u wanted to be instead of the one u r running.
My bf% is 13 now, and what is wrong with my cycle for my goals,besides the winny or anavar this was suggested to me by an npc lt hwt. pro bb. I figured he wouldnt steer me wrong since he has been cycling everything for 10 years.And he is ranked in the top ten nationally by the npc.Thanks
First off, theres no such thing as a npc light heavy pro bb. Npc is amateur. Second, I help write up my friends cycles who is ranked higher than your friend is in the NPC, he has never placed below 5th in a national show and I won't even tell you what he placed last year. Third, your cycle and diet don't matche. You should be focusing on putting quality lean size on right now before you diet for your show. Let me see if I can actually look at this bs and sort something out for you. And you're at week 6 of tren, you can swap that out now, you've gotten enough benefit from it. You're trying to compete, but you're also obviously kinda green, so keeping it simple is still within range. Save the tren for a shorter blast during prep. You're gonna run the shit anyway.
