need advice OCT and PCT test deca eq

Okay, so I fucked up. Been off cycle so long I didn't realize when I started a new cycle that I hadn't refilled my usual anastrozole and cabergoline OCT/PCT.
I've got a little left of each but I wanna try something different.
I'm just starting week 3 of test e @ 1000mg/wk, deca @ 500mg/wk, and eq @ 300mg/wk; so I've still got a little time to order. Plus I've never been prone to sides or gyno.
Any recommendations are appreciated!

biggerthanyouYou need a new cycle bro eq @ 300 mg is close to the stupidest non-harmful thing ive ever heard. A beginners dose of eq should be twice that amount. Did u research eq at all or just find it in ur boyfriends closet and decide to just randomly start pinning?

i'm only do low amounts of EQ when i use EQ at all because i'm not looking for gains, just an appetite booster. it might not be how you use it but so what.

If you're really 155 @ 5-10.....you dont need steroids. You need food! Thats a massive dose to be fooling with and all (if any) gains will be lost immediately.
How many prior cycles?
Anondon't sweat all that. i have my body to live in and i understand how and why it works this way. extreme ectomorph... blah blah.
i've done 6 cycles past. was pretty poor before so food was a slight issue but diet has been on point for last cycle and is even better this time around.
my natural weight is in the 140's no matter how much i eat or workout. every cycle has got me to 160+ and during the 3 months i'm off cycle i train and eat the same (ish) but always end up back in the 140's.
i'm not gonna fight about it. it's a fact. i have enough cycles under my belt to at least understand what's going on in my body.
i just need a new OCT/PCT.
sup brother? why try something different? caber is a standard oct for prolactin sides and adex is a standard oct for estro sides. you could switch the adex to aromasin i suppose. 12.5 EOD (that may even be high for your stats). do some googling around on the benefits of aromasin over adex... or just click here http://www.eroids.com/forum/steroids-qa/pct-anti-estrogens/adex-or-aromasin

More importantly, whats with your dosing bro? a gram of test/wk and .5g of deca/wk at 155 lbs? yikes . you getting any HCG in your life?
Who helped you with this cycle? 300mg of eq a week is wasting whatever the cost of a 10ml of EQ is. 600mg/wk MINIMUM on eq even at 600 i find it negligible. feel free to PM if you want to chat. good luck
I agree the eq at 300 is a waste. since your running deca you dont need the eq. eq is usually a substitute for deca

AnonThere is a lot of good sources and products on here, What i do is pick a brand and do some research on what people think of it. Then i go to gear pics and look at who posted pics of there products.I send them PM on what they think. I also try and talk to more then one person and i also like to ask members who have been around and have experience with the compounds(vets). I believe you mean that your OCT is adex and caber, but what do you do for PCT?
Standard protocol is nolva 40/40/20/20 with clomid 100/100/50/50
If you want to switch up your OCT then you could check out either aromasin (exemestane) or Letro for your AI and Prami can be substituted for Caber. All of this is detailed in the forums, so you can educate yourself.
Anonthanx. i've never actually run PCT i guess... always just tapered off the caber and anastrozole. like i said, i'm not prone to sides on test and deca. i only got the caber and anastrozole for a few previous tren cycles as a precaution.
i clearly have a bit to learn about PCT. i've always just thought of them in the sense of "restarting" your own productions of test, etc... now i'm convinced (and more educated) that it's the main reason why i lose so much of my gains (besides my hyperactive retard of a metabolism).
