Fast foods?

Well I haven't had any fast foods since April an I'm craving it. Has anyone else went threw this were all,u can think about is having a double cheeseburger from one of the big three.lol. My diet is just getting on target before I start a cycle an every where I drive I see fast food places. It's driving me crazy. What do you guys do about the fast food crave? Any kind of healthy food I can eat to satisfy my hunger for a cheeseburger. Lol just wondering. Thanks guys,

I have a cheat meal every week. Not a cheat day; just one meal. It's not like an all out 2000 kcal feast, but like a burger and fries from a place around town. It sort of helps me stay motivated, and I feel like I work harder that day because I know that I am about to eat something unhealthy.
Good point. I got over it after seeing a fat guy eating some McDonald's, and said fuck that it's not worth it. I worked to hard to screw It up now.
having it once in a while won't kill you. even with fast food, you could try for healthier alternatives (eg-5 guys burgers/fries claim to have no transfats, etc). Hell, going super super strict might backfire into an all out binge. Seen it happen with contest prepping bb'er friends.
Make the burger yourself my man, get you some 80/20 beef (6-8oz), pat it out and throw it on the grill, or pan fry. Top with spinach, tomato, red onion... way better than fast food IMO.... I also will make a wrap using a grilled beef patty sliced, in a whole wheat tortilla.... or my man GS suggested turkey, if its not for you, try mixing equal parts of ground turkey to ground sirloin. Wheres the beef bitchezzzzzz????
If your gonna make your own try using ground buffalo. Leaner, more protein, and imo tastes better than beef or turkey.
Helllzzzz yeah, I've had buffalo meatballs in a marina sauce over pasta....BOOM!!! Very good. Tried it as a burger as well, didn't like it so much.... maybe I overcooked it or something.

eating like shit once after 6 months won't hurt you man. in fact it's good for you every once in a while. forget purging or spitting it back out. enjoy it once and move on. pig out, then eat clean for a few days, if you still feel guilty go on a 24 hour fast with water only. doing a fast every once in a while is good for you too. I haven't done it but know people who do, so I looked into it. anyway, go get a triple at wendy's and enjoy the shit out of it.
I kno a guy who will get the burger or chinese food is his fav. he chews it up then spits it out, u still get some of the sodium and stuff, but he lost 60lbs doing it? he did eat healthy food all the time, but when he craved it, he just got chewd and spit? idk how healthy that is but it worked for him

Just go for it bro. Binge the shit out of that place until you can't eat any more. Take 5 minutes and enjoy it and then stick your finger down your throat and purge that shit up. Thee you go. Problem solved.:)
