What helps the most with this? I seriously used to have veins poppin out all over when I was 20lbs lighter but now I barley got any going on unless im fully pumped at the gym. And im coming off a 18wker of sust/eq/var with a prop taper and still not shit. It pisses me off! I 100% look way more shredded than I used to so I dont think my bf has gone up at all. I dont know it but if I had to guess id say im around 10-12%. Im trying to have sick looking veins popping out at all times of the day. It makes you look that much bigger. Im guessing I need to tweak my diet and up the water intake but what have you guys noticed helps increase vascularity the most??

its all in your diet,i dont think its any one type of cycle or certian steroid.bf to a certain extent,also genetics.veins are seen most not just at the gym pumped but during a certain time,mainly during a carb depletion in your body then a "load" of carbs,which turns into glycogen thus opening your viens wider and filling your muscle cells up.also goes the same of sodium depletion and raising your potassium.. and incresed water intake than water depletion which draws extrodinary amount of subcontanious water under your skin,which makes the look of very sick looking viens,bodybuilder use this starting a week before their compition for years.if you have a vien problem i would start by just making sure your getting enough carbs in,thats a good start,without them youll look flat with no viens especially during your pct.....sorry for my grammer...again imo i feel gear will just give you a edge,its 80%diet and training,maybe more

Vascularity takes time to develop. new veins are grown as well, so their all not just there under the skin. Being fit in general for long periods of time and added mass will bring your veins out over time. it takes time.....

You are probably retaining water even though you don't think so. When you are done with the cycle and pct see where you stand. Me personally I think its water. Also try this,I take tons of aminos including arginine ,glutimine,valine,leucie and isoleucine and am vascular all day I feed my body them all day and I get insane pumps ans veins in the gym.

recommending a steroid for this guy when he just finished a cycle is STRAIGHT UP LAZY and you guys are better than that.

he can achieve vascularity on his own without the aid of another cycle just to get vasuclar. hydration definately is key. you still in pct? i usually saw vasuclarity about 2 to 3 weeks after my cycle was completed and pct was over.

-edit- not a fan of pre-workouts but i did take arginine PreW..helped open the blood vessels.

salt directly effects blood pressure which directly effects vascularity.

no if you have some salt in diet it will raise blood pressure... inreasing vascularity to some extent.

From work repeated motions keep my forearms veiny. Chest is veiny when cut. Never had the cool biceps vein. Before going onstage niacin will bust a flush hard. Hydration keeps veins full as well as super low bf..

yeah bro, test and eq with a var finisher should had you looking very vascular even with moderate sodium intake in your diet
