I think you need to bump up the eq to at least 600mg if not more ... as for upping the prop or not upping it I think that depends on past cycles and performance.. a very subjective thing ..

Like it! If your bf is low that Winny will cut/harden ya. Test/eq leans and beefs me up nicely! Prop kicker...could do 150 if you wish.

You might keep the test up so the eq has time to clear. There are cutting cycles where test is at 300 and lufe is fine but it might be less drop if you clip as you have and start thr trt the week after last test pin. I really dont agree with a double clip at week 16 unless you prop 150 for 2 Weeks so the eq has time to lower. Eq drops over a 3 week period because longer half life....but trt is there to keep the sex drive up. Prop taper is easy but gives more pins.

A very knowledgable person once explained that VAR works best when BF% is in the 9-11 % range and Winstrol is best used when under 10% BF.
Make sure you look up the sides for each of these, because they are quite different. If money is not an issue for you and what you choose, I'd go with the VAR due to it being easier on your body.

Whats your age? 21 and TRT?
EQ is best ran at 600mg IMO, and you may find that with the 0.25 EOD of adex that your e2 is surpressed too much - if so, use 0.125mg EOD
However, my main concern is your BF%, ideally you would want it no more than 12% (BF says 18% on your profile and 15% here, which is it?) to reduce risks of sides, especially if you want to run var and winny. Your diet will give you that 'clean' look
Also, im a little confused, are you running test e, test c or both?

I will be running test e. prescription test c. is what i run trt with and im trying to figure out if i should drop it completely on cycle or stay on my trt doses the whole time 15% is current bf

I would have let the 21 and TRT slide if everything was in check (BF%, difference between test e & c). Definitely get that BF% down before you hit up the /var/winny
On another note, the linked article is very well written - tough i know - to express personal struggles

Know need to run a prescription dose while running a cycle dose. Save the test and use it at a later date.
