Feeding your muscles all day.

ad

Beyond my 5 normal meals I wanted to feed my muscles amino acids all day. I tried taking pills throughout the day but many times just forgot. Here is an idea I came up with to get aminos in my body all day long, it works and more inportantly helps. Get a powder form of complex amino acids in your favorite flavor. Take a 32ounce bottle of water and put 3 servings in it and just sip on it during the day. Not only are your pumps in the gym great it also helps with recovery. Feeding your muscles the nutrients it needs to recover makes all the difference in the world.

counterproductive. continuous ingestion of amino acids causes protein synthesis mechanism to have a refractory response. refer to Bohe et al 2001 "Latency and duration of stimulation of human muscle protein synthesis during continuous infusion of amino acids".

You are absolutely wrong and I have the built to prove it. 2001 is old news brother from 2003 when it was published. Back then pyramiding steroids was the acceptable way now keeping levels steady is what you want. Get up to date on your knowledge before you make another post.

thanks for the neg. when you don't have facts you can always use that. find and cite a study (you won't be able to).

Norton et al. Translational controls of skeletal muscle protein synthesis are delayed and prolonged associated with ingestion of a complete meal. 2007

but hey, this one is from 2007, so it must be invalid right? Please, provide the ones that invalidate it, you ignorant piece of shit.

By the way 2007 is still way off to today's thinking and just because it is some theory in a college book doesn't mean it's right. I have years of my proof along with countless others that have done what I said as proof. This is not some theory it works.

There is another negative. 3 weeks here and starting shit already? You'll be banned in a month. Seen your kind way to many times. AND that was from 2003. I looked it up. Were are your stats big guy? To ashamed to put your real stats up?And any time you want to debate knowledge bring it.

roflbbq's picture

ban me right now for all I care. I'm a researcher, not an online guru. Nice citations. Here, feel free to neg me again microdick. Oh ya, nice citations. Debate knowledge? you have none. comparing biceps sizes doesn't make up for that. What was Dan Duchaine's 'stats'?

logan's picture

Researcher of what? were are your stats and cycle history? Diet? training? and so on? How do we know who you are and what you know without a home page telling this. There are way to many newbies on here that post shit that they don't have a clue about. As for - points it's for disrespecting other members. Not tolerated by members. That article was written 2003 and reprinted in 2007 end of story. Again you want to debate AAS and the human body I will. You need to dull your sword a bit if you want to survive around here.

my area of interest is adipose tissue metabolism. I'm sorry about getting mad. Lets drop it.

No worries brother. You have to understand for the guys that have been here for awhile we have seen just plain dangerous advice and our guards are up. Your comments are always welcome but I was in a pissing match with some complete douche bag when you posted and you got the brunt of my anger. Look it up under Steroid Cyles tren ace prop t3... by Klownz805. Now that is someone who doesn't have a clue. I also apologize for being an ass. This place is all about truly helping people and I always do my best to try. So welcome and if you ever want to talk just FR me.+1 for standing up like a man.

It gets a little pricey even more than juice for a month when you break it down. But well worth it. IMO Gotta check you out as a source were are you out of.

I've been doing this recently and it has been working very well. that is why I always opt for powder BCAA. I have even been adding gatorade to the mix while working out in my garage during the hot summer months.

Glad its working for you. Keep it going.

This is a great way to get your aminos through out the day and it counts towards your daily hydration requirements.

It's a win win situation.
