This is less than one year of AAS. With the knowledge guys continue to poor out, I continue to learn. Thanks to everyone here. Cant wait to start my next cycle.. Suggestions are always welcome. I now weight in at 182 when i started i was probably 155. I use to run every day and now i run once a week, which probably helped a lot. Thanks for looking.

Great work Tvo, excellent before and after pics. We have very similar builds. Guys that start out at our size (I was 6'1 165 1.5 years ago) don't benefit much when we run a lot if we are trying to build muscle. I was running 30 miles a week for a minute. Interested to hear what your going to run for your next cycle...
Thanks! its way easier to gain when you arent running.
hey, when are you starting your cycle? We talked about 5 months ago about your upcoming cycle. im still interested in how thats going to play out.
I have been hoarding on as much shit as I can bro. I have changed cycle ideas now a few times and think I have narrowed it down to something pretty simple, but will produce good results. I finished my last cycle about 3 months ago and I'm going to to start my next cycle in about a month...
You look so much better now that you cut your running, you gotta be happy with what you see. good 1 year transformation
Very happy man tho i do miss running lol
solid progress.
wow thats a huge fucking toilet plunger there in the back bro, its like 6 feet tall!
jk, great progress bro, congrats!
Sick tat bro! Great progress.
Keep it up por vida! Great work!
I havent worked abs much in the last year. They still seem to stick around (kind of). but im starting to focus on a lot of little things that are starting to bother me.
Thanks man
Great before and after man!! great job. Take it from me on the running it will break down your muscle faster then anything else. I love to run but I drop weight like there is no tomorrow.
I realized how much it hindered me once i started. now its just about a mile a week. It was about 6 miles a week. Thanks.
Wow that picture is huge lol sorry.
