-1 Bulking Cycle: Test E, Sust, Deca, Dbol
This is my 3rd cycle at 25yo, 205lbs.
My first cycle was at 19yo with Sust 250 for 8 weeks.
My second cycle was at 20 with EQ 300 and Prop 100 for 8 weeks.
I've been lifting for about 12 years with varying goals and intensities.
My goals are sheer mass and strength. I'm a relatively hard gainer. My frame is not naturally bulky. The past year or so I've began putting on more weight, eating more calories and adding more fat than ever before. I want to use the next few months to bulk and put on serious size. I plan on bulking for the next eight months. After that I'd like to cut down, examine at the physique, and look at potentially competing.

My current diet consists of the following:
8:30am Meal 1: Raw eggs: 2 whole, 10 whites. 2 scoops of weight gainer, 1 scoop protein. 2 cups of coffee

12:00pm Meal 2: 2 cans of tuna, 2 tbsps. Mayo, 1 can of black beans, 1 potato w/ 2 tbsp. sour cream OR 1 sweet potato. 2 cups of coffee

5:30pm Pre-workout Meal 3: 2 scoop weight gainer, 1 scoop protein, vitamins, supplements
6:30pm Gym: 45 min – 90 min. Alternate weeks of 3 “low-rep strength workouts” to 1 “high-rep muscle building workout”
8:00pm Meal 4, Post-workout meal: Raw eggs: 2 whole, 10 white, 2 scoops weight gainer, 1 scoop protein.
9:30pm Meal
5A: 1x 8oz. chicken breast OR 10oz steak OR 6oz salmon. 1X 32oz Kale or Spinach salad w/ ½ bell pepper, ½ carton of grape tomatoes, 2 carrots, 1 cup broccoli, dressed w/ extra virgin olive oil, balsamic, parmesan.
5B: 1x 8oz. chicken breast OR 10oz steak OR 6oz salmon. Steamed Broccoli OR 1x 12oz side salad dressed w/ extra virgin olive oil, balsamic, parmesan. 1 potato, 2 tbsps. sour cream, 2 bacon strips OR 1 sweet potato, 3 tbsps. Peanut butter

11:30pm Bed.
Snacks: Protein Pumpkin Paste (Cottage Cheese, Canned Pumpkin, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon), Apples/ fruit, Peanut butter and honey, Almonds and nuts, Raspberries, Carrots, Blueberries

naguib123test deca dbol is a cycle from hell, only experienced users should run it, hell i even fucked it up last cycle and got deca dick a(every one makes mistakes i guess) and i been running roids for a while...lol trust me, u dont want deca dick
You know, I've read, and I've read, and I've read some more, and I realized that everyone's different, and everyone experiences different results on these compounds. Most of the people that seem to use this stuff, especially their first time, have lifted for only a few short years. I've lifted for over a decade. I've experimented with all the supplements, all the prohormones, all the diets and lifting routines and regimens. I know what my body can do, I know where its at. I've had different friends run the same cycle and it turned out different for each of them. This is intense, but that's what I'm going for. Yea, deca dick is a bitch. I'll figure out if that's gonna be a problem for me.
Point is, everyone wants me to to trust them, and I heed all advice. That's why I'm sticking it out and going with the cycle. I know diet, intensity, and sleep make you grow. My diet is dialed in. My lifting routine is rock solid. I'm at new thresholds and I wanna blow through them and keep on going. I'll be posting updates. If I need to dial back the gear, I'll do so, but as long as the sides are under control, I'll keep it up for the duration of the cycle.

I still don't like the cycle--it could have been better. Also id run the Sust four extra weeks and take the deca to 12 weeks. Also i think you should have gone with Tbol instead of Dbol.
However, your cycle would have been better if you had Test E or C, and test P. Cause with Sust and the short and long esters you really are not getting 500mg a week, that is why i do not like Sust. With Test E or C you would be getting 500mg a week.
IMO you cycle should have been this
1-4 Test P @ 150mg EOD
(up to you 1-4 Dbol) Tbol would be better with this cycle 1-6 tbol
1-12 Test E @ 500mg
1-12 Deca @ 300mg
12-15 Test P @ 150mg
I'm gonna try to get my hands on some prop and enth and see what I can do to adjust/supplement this cycle

I mean its ok, as long as your stomach digest it, but it can have salmonella. You will have diarheea for a week and it will make you dehydrated. Not worth the risk...
I've been drinking my eggs for years... never had any digestive problems.
Be CAREFUL with dbol, when I got my blood work done my liver enzymes were through the roof(so was my test). But they are down you can go into liver failure without even knowing. I am leaving dbol alone for awhile.
Yea, that's a concern. I'm going to get blood work done before the cycle, about 8 to 12 weeks in, and sometime after my PCT. I'll post results.
AnonOk sust and deca is a good combo no issues there. The deca needs to be run for at least 12 weeks because most dont notice it until the 8th or 9th week and run the sust for 2 weeks longer than the deca which will make your pct and recovery a lot easier. I would run the dbol at 30mg for 4-5 weeks is perfect. Your clomid needs to be 100/100/50/25. Other than that I think everything looks good. Diet looks ok to me. Your time in the gym looks off. If you're trying to gain mass you need to be at least an hour on weights and 30 minutes on cardio. I train mma we do an hour of wights mitt/bag work and live sparring 5 5 minute rounds then I like to get on the exercise bike for 20 minute cool down then I stretch so I don't cramp up on my drive home which is 22 minutes. What supplements are you taking and how often do you take them? Bro I'm currently on my 6th cycle. PM me and I will help you.
Just saw this. I'll PM you. I'm tweaking my workouts right now. The past two months I've been doing 1 body part, once a week, high intensity, heavy and low reps (3-8) but high volume (10-15 sets per exercise, about 30 sets a work out). I'm sore for like 5 days every week. My strength has continued improving every week as well, and I keep gaining weight, although I'm not sure if it's good or bad weight considering how much I'm eating.
I feel a plateau coming on, but hopefully the juice will light me up and push me through it. I'm thinking about doing a split routine twice a week, a routine I've done pretty much my whole life, with Mon&Thurs Chest/ Tri, Tues&Fri Back/Bi, Wed Shoulders/ Legs. Some variation. I need to do more cardio, that's for sure. I started running a few miles every few days. My current workout equipment is limited, but I'm switching gyms at the moment, so hopefully I'll have more options.
I have 20ml of Sust 250 and 40ml of Deca 300, and 60x 25mg tabs of D-bol, 50x 50mg of Clomid, 100x 10mg of Nolvadex. When I used Sust my first time the effects were immediate and pronounced, and lasted. The Prop and EQ was solid too. The Sust felt so good to lift on... Each of those cycles I gained a good 10-15 lbs.. jumping from 165-170lbs to 180-5lbs. I've been swamped with school so lifting the past 2 years has been off and on until six months ago.

Don't run D-bol for more than 6 weeks... I've read 15- 30mg your first D-bol cycle... is this right?
I'm interested in taking D-bol to jump start my size. I am naturally lean and muscular, but I want to gain thick layers of muscle. D-bol is hailed for it's ability to lay on thick mass, albeit not without side effects and bloating. I've read it's an effective stack with the Sust and Deca.
I'm still researching the PCT and ways to combat potential aromatisation... Sounds like I need to pick up arimidex or aromison... Nolvadex is no go? I didn't do any PCT my first two cycles and I didn't have any problems, other than the usual declines in strength and size. No real crash, and I was a good bigger and stronger than before I started.
All your suggestions are valuable, so lay'em on. I'm not taking anything until I'm certain I'm on the right track...
Like I said, my goal right now is sheer muscle mass, and strength. I want quality, functional size.

AnonYes you are correct on the dbol. Low dose over a longer period but not longer than 6 weeks is perfect and bad sides should be minimal. Keep an AI on hand in case of gyno.

AnonA. For your first time running deca you should NOT use that much 400mgs per week for 12 weeks is more than enough.
B. Your test dose needs to be higher than your deca dose because deca will shut you down HARD!
C. For only your 2nd cycle you should stick with test and add only ONE oral such as the dbol.
D. You shouldn't run dbol for more than 6 weeks even at that dose which is correct if you're goin to run it that long NO MORE THAN 6 WEEKS!!!
E. Especially if you are running dbol you need an AI such as arimidex or aromison to help combat estrogen buildup. Go back to the drawing board and do some more research and rethink your pct doses especially for the clomid it is all wrong!

First off IMO this cycle sucks ass. This shows you have no Experience in what these compounds do-- I see no AI nothing

Start PCT 15 days after last shot of test
Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nova 40/40/20/20
Very simple cycle. U will need to run a liver supp with dbol for protection

ok bro first off STOP !!!! you already have a great physique, you don't all these compounds that will make you loose a lot of your muscles definition. is all wrong bro. deca and dbol for that amount of weeks you planning on running it, is a NO NO. you have by what a lot of people by using AAS trying to accomplished, which is a great physique...IF, you do want to run a cycle, i think a test only ( test e or prop) along with a good clean diet will give you the edge....sust only cycle is ok, i'm just not a big fan of sust......and that's just my 2 pesos !!
Okay! lol.. I appreciate the advice! I'd like to gain some real thick size though. Whenever I cut down I lose a lot of my original bulk. I'd like to gain a good 10-15lbs of muscle. My gains are too slow. I switch up diet and lifting quite a bit. The physique may look good, but I want MASS! I've lowered my reps to the 4-6 range, and my strength is improving, but mass gains are being stubborn.

There's no reason for a complex second cycle. First cycle of test only at 500 still will make you grow.
This looks good.. But why don't you suggest using Sust? Why take prop, test e, and cyp separately?
doing this exact cycle for my 2nd right now.. 3rd week in and loving the prop kick!
