-1 Bulking Cycle: Test E, Sust, Deca, Dbol
This is my 3rd cycle at 25yo, 205lbs.
My first cycle was at 19yo with Sust 250 for 8 weeks.
My second cycle was at 20 with EQ 300 and Prop 100 for 8 weeks.
I've been lifting for about 12 years with varying goals and intensities.
My goals are sheer mass and strength. I'm a relatively hard gainer. My frame is not naturally bulky. The past year or so I've began putting on more weight, eating more calories and adding more fat than ever before. I want to use the next few months to bulk and put on serious size. I plan on bulking for the next eight months. After that I'd like to cut down, examine at the physique, and look at potentially competing.

My current diet consists of the following:
8:30am Meal 1: Raw eggs: 2 whole, 10 whites. 2 scoops of weight gainer, 1 scoop protein. 2 cups of coffee
Snack
12:00pm Meal 2: 2 cans of tuna, 2 tbsps. Mayo, 1 can of black beans, 1 potato w/ 2 tbsp. sour cream OR 1 sweet potato. 2 cups of coffee

5:30pm Pre-workout Meal 3: 2 scoop weight gainer, 1 scoop protein, vitamins, supplements
6:30pm Gym: 45 min – 90 min. Alternate weeks of 3 “low-rep strength workouts” to 1 “high-rep muscle building workout”
8:00pm Meal 4, Post-workout meal: Raw eggs: 2 whole, 10 white, 2 scoops weight gainer, 1 scoop protein.
9:30pm Meal
5A: 1x 8oz. chicken breast OR 10oz steak OR 6oz salmon. 1X 32oz Kale or Spinach salad w/ ½ bell pepper, ½ carton of grape tomatoes, 2 carrots, 1 cup broccoli, dressed w/ extra virgin olive oil, balsamic, parmesan.
5B: 1x 8oz. chicken breast OR 10oz steak OR 6oz salmon. Steamed Broccoli OR 1x 12oz side salad dressed w/ extra virgin olive oil, balsamic, parmesan. 1 potato, 2 tbsps. sour cream, 2 bacon strips OR 1 sweet potato, 3 tbsps. Peanut butter

11:30pm Bed.
Snacks: Protein Pumpkin Paste (Cottage Cheese, Canned Pumpkin, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon), Apples/ fruit, Peanut butter and honey, Almonds and nuts, Raspberries, Carrots, Blueberries

I'm just one voice as there's dozens of ways to do it. But IMO simple will make ya grow til you really NEED more or branch out. But even then a lil goes a long way. Anf thank you!!

Anona better idea would be to run test e and EQ again, only run the EQ for 16 weeks so it can begin to work as your last run of 8 weeks was nowhere near long enough to see gains from EQ. But whatever you decide to run, I would advise a bit of research on cycles as yours is not set out very well. Not havin a go, just offering some advice buddy.
I would not use Dbols or used just for 4 weeks to kick start. you may need some nolva during in case your niples feel itchi and I would use HCG to recovery or during.

To the OP (the guy posting this cycle) DONT RUN IT, ITS FUCKED UP! Wait till you get dialed in on what a good cycle for your goals and experience would be!

AnonI think you should run your test higher than deca bro! or lower deca cuz really thats high for first time deca use. and also second cycle should really be all test. one last thing in order to keep levels stable ull need to pin sust eod! 1/2 cc eod would work fine because that 125x 4 =500 and your takin advantage of short esters and keeping test levels stabler imo
