4 weeks ago i was running a shit cycle. I didnt follow vikings precycle checklist and got f*cked....i ran out after first bottle of prop waiting for my second bottle to arive which was like almost a week later.. absolutley didnt have my diet in check and woke up with swollen hands from to much sodium one day which took 2 days of chugging water to get rid off. Found out 2 weeks in my arimidex was bunk bc i was running .5 everyday and still had itchy nips. On top of this my body fat was and is still to high to run aas so after 5 weeks all i had to show for it was nice pumps and a hell of a strength increase which isnt what i was going for. And im glad that all that went wrong bc alot worse of things could have

So where im goin with this is bc i see this alot is when new ppl ask questions they pick and choose what they WANT to hear...and take it from me if your new THESE GUYS PORB KNOW MORE ABOUT YOUR BODY THAN YOU DO....THEY ARE TELLIN YOU WHAT YOU NEED TO HEAR NOT WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR...you cant pick and choose follow it all
Im now confident that i wasnt physically and even prob mentally ready for aas. I can now help ppl ....aoll from just sitting back and shutting up and listening with things that are within my knowlege level for instince after reading alot i dont presumme to know everything about pct and first cycle but i know enough to help someone with pct and a first cycle(which i learned the hard way) and that what this website is about reviews of sources and helping ppl withthings you know and asking for help with things you don't
