Vital Wheat Gluten is also probably your cheapest source of protein. Awhile back I did a $ cost / Gram spreadsheet on my local sources of protein. Suffice to say that bob's red mill vital wheat gluten in a 50?lb bag was my cheapest by far. Second place was fat free milk (dat federal subsidy :D:D:D). I HIGHLY recommend creating a spreadsheet of cost/gram of your local sources!

Food for thought, and gains.

There is a lot of controversy surrounding the phytoestrogens in soy products. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phytoestrogens

Read about it and decide for yourself if its worth it. You would be surprised what they sneak soy into, read those labels!

Wheat gluten is a great alternative if you're NOT SENSITIVE to it. It can be cooked in similar ways and has a pseudo-meat texture. Its nothing new, ignore the hipsters hating on it. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP!

Bro if you wanna pack some weight, make your meal a day before assuming you work, take a cooler with you with the food intake that you need, and carry that mofo with you everywhere you go, 6 small-medium size meals a day will make wonders i guarantee you 100%

For sure. Another thing is I think a lot of guys depend on supps to much. There is no supplement that can replace good ol fashion food.

Some peps forget that eating is the most anabolic shit they can do other than AAS. I had to learn this shit after 3 years of busting my ass at the gym with 0, Zero, nada results. Until i read a post here about dieting and nutrition, 6-7 small meals a day each of those include at least some form of protein, since i'm off cycle right now i'm only taking about 1 gram of protein per pound of BW, but once i get on the juice again i'll be taking a shit load of protein and calories lol

Your 100% correct. What makes aas do what it does or by in large is it's ability to drastically increase protein synthesis. Therefore you must eat protein.

37 pounds in 2 years natty is a shit load of weight bro, congrats for that. I can't stand when guys here post shit like this " I've been on sustanon 750 mg/week and dbol 40 mg/day and i have not gained a pound of weight yet" Like if AAS are some kind of miracle shit that you just inject in your body, go to sleep and wake up next looking like Arnold back in the day lol
