Okay so I am going to be doing a cycle a little bit down the road. just wanted to clear something up. I was given 3 bottles of deca for free. I was going to run test prop with maybe some clen as I really wanna cut down Bf. But I wanna stack the test with a bulker to build mass while cutting fat.. is this stupid considering deca is usually ran to build serious mass fat and muscle. or if my diet is in check and cardio and I run it like 600mg test p/w and 400mg of deca p/w will this be beneficial? let me kno, I am still somewhat of a newbie.

bro why dont you just train and diet right for a few years, seriously! Goals are so damn easy to reach at your age! Anyway if you dont listen I cant twist your arm but dont run this cycle! Atleast take some time to figure out how and what compounds do/go together, to reach goals! when you say diet is in check what does that mean?...to tell you the truth bro your height and weight are ideal, if your BF% is that high then your body muscle is minimal and really dont add up to someone that has enough discipline to be running roids, it dont sound like you been training like you should. I could be wrong here and if I am im sorry but looking at what you have posted I think you are looking for roids to do all the work and that isnt gonna happen. If you dont have other things in check then not much is gonna happen for you other then run the risk of fucking yourself up. Seriously, take a look at the shit that works! Diet and training!

I lived breathed and slept training from 14 to 19 then I just got into partying to much before I knew it 8 months have passed by and I was working out 1 time a week if I was lucky and drinking 5 days a week. I was certified trainer at 18 and I am currently enrolled in fitness and training at college. I know my shit and know how to train im not the guy that walks in sips the fountain 25 times, does biceps 4 times a week and talks to everyone. So thats not the issue it was just the fact that I drank so much and let my life pass me bye. Im back now tho and I do have sum muscle one me and am built pretty well I just need to cut bf up alot because I dont wanna be a big guy I want to be 195-205 and 5-7% bf similar to like a greg plitt or a zyzz.
And yeah I understand all of this shit. if im not training im researching I give 100% to this. But fuck I work hard and I want an advantage, and if its their like it is im taking it. because unlike 80% of idiots I see using steroids. I have a purpose.
I get speeches everytime I post and I know its cause you guys are concerned and like a big bro but tbh there comes a time when just like everybody you say I am a big boy and I choose to do what I do, so if you guys wanna help me with my questions then please do I appreciate it but if im just gunna get answers about how im young and dont know what im doing, then really this just makes shit worse because then i might make stupid choices. Alright your either cutting or bulking not both at the same time it dont work like that. So put the deca up you dont need it, leave that clen alone it can be very dangerous no matter what anybody says.
A simple cycle is test-p 100mg/EOD weeks 1-8
I dont suggest anything else with it but if you aint gonna do that then the most I would add is mast-p @100mg/EOD weeks 1-8
you need to add in adex at .25mg/EOD w1-8
thats as good as it gets, if you really got everything dialed in then that cycle will work for your goals!

Don't rely much on the clen for bodyfat loss, 98% of that will come from your diet and cardio. I personally don't care for clen, it's not healthy for the heart/CNS and makes me feel cracked out.
Your dosages are proper, I'd go 10 weeks with the deca, 12-15 with the test. However, if this is your first cycle, not really a need for deca.
I agree from personal experience clen aint all that and it makes you feel fucked up! and really didnt make a huge difference in cutting weight!
go ahead and throw your stats up...age, bf, height, weight and cycle history. the more in depth the better advice people can give. most likely people will not answer without it. with that being said you should have clear cut goal, either bulk or cut. im sure someone will chime in with the details on the cycle though
