I have liquid arimadex how the heck do i measure it?? if it was in mcg its allot easier but this one I'm confused can someone help me and how should i use it i mainly want to use it to prevent bloat from the test.. and gyno but not really prone to gyno so not worried about that.. just the bloat thanks..

Typically yes. Keep salt intake low also helps. Lots of water intake.

Get a 1ml plastic droper and measure it out. If you have 1mg/ml then you figure your dose accordingly
i usually use a insulin syringe just break off the needle, and measure iu per mcg.. but mg not sure do i always take 1mg? EOD? or is that to much??
When i ran anastrazole this last cycle I started with .25 EOD to start and then worked the dose up to hit the sweet spot for my body.
.5mg eod should give you the results/prevention you are looking for.
