Hi, new to the site, looking for opinions/ info & knowledge

ad

Hi! I posted some self shot pics, and I am looking for feedback on a recommended cycle. I've had a few people say Anavar w/ Clen & a few say Winstrol too. I had a baby a year ago, haven't really started working out until a month or two ago, my diet is ok (could be better and I plan on seriously working on that.) I'm just curious as to exactly what I would need to do if I started a cycle, and if there is anything I need to take post cycle. I'm not entirely knowledgeable in these areas. I'm looking to slim down, lean up and I want some very obvious muscle definition.

sooperx?? Caught my eye, i like it. Smile Honestly in regards to your situation, i would say commit a little more time to locking down your diet and making gym time for yourself.(maybe early am cardio some days) Believe me i know its hard with young ones. You should be able to make good gains just doing that. When that plateaus, run a cycle. If you dont do that first, you will find yourself in the same situation when you come off your cycle. You dont want to be get into the yoyo habit. It is unhealthy.

i would bust your ass in the gym for a few more months along with a great diet and you will be more than happy.. if your not happy with that then i would go to aas.

The only reason I was considering cutting is because I have always had a very hard time getting results. Then the baby came and now I have alot to lose in the stomach area, I cant get to the gym as much as I'd like because of my little girl, but I do have a home gym to use too when I cant get out. I was considering Anavar and Clen, I really think I need a boost and to speed up progress a bit :/

what does your diet look like? fast food ? cokes? soda? how much sugar? fat? how many cals you eating on a daily basis?

I know breakfast is the most important meal of the day and unfortunately its the one I usually miss because my house is hectic in the morning - my husband works from home and starts at 6am, and my one year old is a crazy girl until the babysitter is there to pick her up, and I have to be to work by 8am!! If I do get breakfast it's usually oats with cinnamon and Stevia or oats with blueberries and Stevia... or eggwhites. I typically like to snack on raw veggies, hard boiled eggs, or rice cakes with PB. Lunch is almost always a salad or sometimes a wheat wrap with chicken (and I use Lite or fat free dressing and try to use a minimal amount.) Dinner is usually the same 5 out of 7 days a week too, seasoned chicken breast and loads of mixed vegetables and/or brown rice. I wont lie, i have a major sweet tooth and occasionally end up slipping and sinking my teeth into a damn cupcake but it doesn't happen very often. I don't drink soda, only water and flavored water <-- usually the kind that is ZERO everything ( fat, sugar, calories, carbs, sodium, & caffeine). And as far as "fast food", I have to get salads sometimes if I forgot my lunch for work.

One thing I don't do, and God help me I need to, is counting calories - I know it's important.

Thanks very much. I think I need to meal plan way in advance because that's usually where my problem lies, getting hungry and grabbing something quick - and usually not the healthiest :/ I guess I need to plan a few routines! I appreciate your help.
