Need advice 1st cycle var and test

Im running var and test e for the first time I'm fairly new to both of these any kind of advice suggestions would help greatly

u could run the test see how u react to it and if u still want to add in var the last 4 weeks
zewiFirst cycle should be.
1-12 Test E @ 500mg a week (250mg Monday 250mg Thursday)
Airimidex .25mg e3d to keep bloating down if nipples get sensitive go to .5mg e3d or .5mg ed
Take Arimidex all the way up until you start PCT..
PCT should start 15 days after last shot of TEST E
Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nova 40/40/20/20

However, what are your stats?(age weight goals) Like FAST said first cycle should be test only. And I'm against anyone taken an oral unless they know about liver supplements and things of that nature.

So you recommend test first then var and anything for pct and ai
Zewi got ya lined up. Save the var for next cycle. You should know how your body reacts to test alone....so in future cycles you can easily identify what is or isn't working and/or alleviate the issues.
