Growth Hormone for Cartilage Repair
ad
So what do you guys and gals think? There is a lot of chatter on the web about HGH being used with steroid cycles to help grow and strengthen connective tissue. Some say even better successes if paired with IGF-1. We're not talking about blow knees or shattered elbows but more like recurring tendonitis after therapy, rest and all the other recommended advice. If it does work do you think it dissipates with cessation of use? Let me know what you think.

it really helps the problem . i have personally experience about that (on my knee). i used doses 3-5iu per day over 2 months and no probems after that. in same time i got ever more muscular and lost some fat
poonappI find it works really well for knees and elbows.
I could hardly walk up stairs some days before I took GH now unless I do something to aggravate them i dont have any problems at all and even then they heal up after a few days.
There is a Doctor in the states who actually injects the GH into the knee to heal the cartridge to get a really good effect but he of course knows what he is doing so I wouldn't recommend trying this.
My recipe for healing is GH, Sauna , Jacuzzi and plenty of sleep.
Thats assuming your eating right and not drinking alcohol.
Intra articular injections are pretty hairy, but they do indeed help. I have done this to myself and had decent results.
