+ 2 HLLWDS next cycle
START DATE 5/14 (was going to start this wk but I just got back from a 2wk Bike Run and want to get in some proper rest before I start)
Ok muthachuckahs! Not only am I back but I'm going back ON! This 'tweener didn't feel nearly as long (thanks to "the Cruise") but there is still nothing like being ON.
I have also started an hgh regiment in Feb and have recently ramped to 4iuED and will take it up to 5iuED nxt wk : )
So of course I have been mindfucking myself over the variables but have finally committed to this:
wks 1-4 test p 150EOD (possibly 75ED to mix with npp?)
wks 1-6 100 npp 100ED
wks 1-10 test e 500EW
wks 5-10 var 100ED
.5 adex (liquid) EOD (I have a ton of this shit laying around and although I'm NOT prone it will help keep WW down so I may as well use it)
have caber on hand (once again NOT prone, but the body is its own master and you never know)
Decided to extend cycle to 10wks so test e was (IMO) the way to go. I've been cruising on prop for the last few months any break I can give my sites will be appreciated ; )

Weighed in @ 194 this morning... Goal was 190 for cycle. I was 191 before my Bike Run so 3lbs for two wks on the road is VERY acceptable to me : )

Was thinking about extending but I am very pleased with results and decided to try and shave a % or two on the cruise with a touch of clen before I begin preparing for the next cycle. My 16 wk Bulk cycle will begin in OCT so I will start upping my carbs/cals in Sept. THIS has been a GREAT cycle partly because I had to crash and burn my last cycle, partly because of the thought and pre-training that went into it and partly because of the commitment to get my body to do something different. The recomp I have experienced this cycle even surpasses last summers prop/tren cycle because I had upped the dedication to diet and training and became LESS compound dependent. Truly understanding specific goals and having the commitment to follow through are REALLY what this lifestyle is all about. Jabbing and eating to get HUGE works but (IMO)is a rookie technique.

Feeling fkn GREAT! Been doing straight test e(500wk) and var (80ed) for 2wks and I am holding a very string 195 so my gain to cut ratio is on point right now. This is a whole new look for me and I'm feeling pretty sexy! Was a little self conscious at first feeling "small" or "skinny" but reality is I am just one sexy motherfucker! This is going to make an awesome fkn base to build upon for my next cycle. Core and legs are stronger than they have ever been (self proclaimed cheater in those departments) so I'm glad I took the time and had the discipline to do it right this time around
...you kids and your "superstacks" really should think about pulling it back some and build with the basics... cuz they work!

strength is still in steady increase and the var has been a niiiice addition. in just a wk I'm noticing a change in definition.
I will be cutting out the prop/npp next wk so I can get an accurate read on the test e/var combination but will be reintroducing it EOC.
My hard work is NOT going unnoticed and the word sleek seems to be a common adjective for me these days (which is a a welcome change from scary) (LOL) I do believe the credit goes to my pre-cycle regiment because I concentrated heavily on core work for 3 month prior to this cycle. I'm having a very lean cycle but would not go as far as calling myself "ripped" (but I still have 5-7wks to go)

Feeling dialed in on diet (finally) and started var yesterday morn.
Sites are getting beat to shit. I did 3months TRT w/prop BEFORE this cycle and with the prop/npp/enth its taking its toll
To the noobies - I'm a vet and I even LOVE pinning and get a lil warm and fuzzy over PIP but even I have limitations on what my sites will take, so take caution before you wanna bust your wad all over a second cycle short ester cycle
Going to go 2 more wks with prop/npp then drop the prop. Would LOVE to maintain the npp/var along with the enth but will be willing to drop npp for the sake of my sites (if necessary)
Right now I'm feeling as if I can end this cycle @ a strong 205 and that would be SUCCESS (to me!)

Kicking in nicely! 202 this morning (8lbs/3wks!)... Starting to get a "well rounded" look and not "bulky" at all. And have yet to start the var : )
Shoulder is feeling great and went 100% this morning (to feel it out) and it feels like I'm just tossing the weights around. Will remain conscious and cautious of shoulder and to also allow joints and tendons to catch up
*Interesting note - Noticing some veins in front portion of legs (shin area) which is somewhat exciting (to me) being a (self-proclaimed) pussy when it comes to legs

Took some advice to "work through" the shoulder and low and behold it seems to be working. Fear of pushing was holding me back and got a GREAT shoulder workout this morn. I figure by next wk I should be up to 80% : )
dbolzGreat news bro but sounds to me like the npp is kicking in so dont overdo it. I am sure you already know that though. 80% sounds just about right, stick to that percentage till you dont feel any pain
Ive got problematic shoulders and tendons. For me acupuncture is the way to go. If you can find someone who does deep needling then go for them.
Plus the usual stretching and warm up, warm down routine.

Up 4 lbs. though I would probably contribute it mostly to diet seeing that training has not reached intense as of yet due to shoulder. Shoulder is feeling fine and will UP intensity on Monday. I have come down with a touch of test flu but nothing hindering seeing that I'm only training at about 60% to get a "feel" for my shoulder.

Ok pinned 250 test e this morning and just pinned 150 prop and will pin 100 npp before bed... It's ON!
Been doing hot and cold on the shoulder as well as taking anti-inflamatories. Will do legs and back MON morn so not to put too much on the shoulder. Will hold off on chest and shoulders til FRI
I have had good luck with Turmeric tread suggested it for my golfers elbow

Went and got some shoulder work done today and I feel about 70% better : )
The plan is to STILL start cycle as planned but now I think I will be implementing massage 2xwk. Hopefully the massage and gradual increase in weight will work together in synchronicity

dbolzOh man that sucks :( try and stretch it as slow as possible after a good warm up, if you let it inactive it will probably get worse. If the pain is too much just lay off the weights completely for 3-4 days. Sure hope it just pain from your workout or stiff shoulder and not a flare up. Rc injuries just suck :(
Defo run the npp throughout if you do start on monday even at half the dose you had planned, fingers crossed for you bro
Looks like a cycle similar to what I'm about to start. I was gonna run tren, but I think my tendons will thank me if i run npp instead
I have an agreement with the ol' lady that I'll only run (1) tren cycle per year so I need to choose wisely... as some may recall she up and left me last summer while I was on the tren train : /

tread-mYeah npp from the jump and I'd just add the caber half tab twice a week from the get maybe to stay off the "Momma no likey" list. My biggest problem with 19's is not that I can't satisisfy the other party its that once the other party is satisfied I'm still shooting for "top gun" status for another hour and can never get the missiles to fire from the fighter. Running the F-15 weinerdog in my dog fights here btw. Few times got in trouble and had to eject...no , not ejact...thats the problem!
