Lost 2 years of work in 3 weeks Help!
ad
Let me start by saying that I am devastated!, I got sick from a Pancreatitis and spent 2 weeks in the hospital with basically no food at all. Long story short I lost 35 pounds when from 19 inch arms to 17.25 and quads from 29 to 23.5 basically 2 years of progress and cycles. Question is what can I do to gain it back will it take another 2 years and $1,000s in roids like before to gained back or will it come faster? Has anyone here had an experience like this?
Thanks in advance!

Damn that's hard Bro
But before hitting the juice, take a couple of weeks or maybe a month just training naturally. Use your muscle memory (something with the muscle cells still being big and ready, just needs to add the musclefibers again or something).
Then juice it up until you back at your own self. Shouldn't take long once you've been there.
Eat well, train hard and you'll get it back pretty fast. Had something similar, took me 6 months to get back a similar weight. Good luck mate.
Muscle memory bro, get yourself healthy and hit it again. Your gains will come back fast, don't freak out lol. Eat right, lift hard and it will be back before you know it.
Had same situation almost, had bad food poisoning and lost 2 stone in two weeks i was also devastated and ashamed of my new skinny look, but..a simple cycle, good diet and training and muscle memory i got it all back within two months. so not really a problem. train hard-eat hard and it will come back quicker than you think.
wow really 2 months wow I will start on Monday with this cycle.
1g of Test E/ week
50mg anadrol a day for 30 days
1MG arimidex eod
and a diet of 5000 calories a day including shakes.
Is that look OK
looks good, dont forget the most anabolic substance we know is 'Protein' and make sure ur calories are 45% from carbs,35% from proteins and 20% from fats. so 5000 calories would mean around 560grm carbs-430grm protein and 110grm of fat a day. (thats a lot of eating lol)..good luck and keep us posted
How did you get pancreatitis? I've had it before and feel it starting to flare up again recently.
I am concerned that my high-protein diet could be causing the flare-up. High protein diets are a known offender to the pancreas...
Buy Digestive enzyme specially important one that has lots of protease to help your pancreas with the digestion of protein every high protein diet should include Digestive enzymes
mine was very uncommon I was sick from a cold and the doctor prescribe me Augmentin an antibiotic 2 hours after first pill pancreatitis started
Muscle memory brother, if you do things right, cycle properly and most important, if your diet is on point according to the goals you wanna reach, it won't take you 2 years.
Ye...Muscle memory is no joke..it comes back fast and furious...no worries bro just grow;-)
