Surf Trip From Hell
i need some advice on a newb cycle to help me train for 10 days of double overhead (hopefully) South american swell. it will be very high endurance and a require some strength as well. the trip will be in late august so i have time. i am 29yrs old, 5'10 190 right now and looking to add about 20-30 lbs by then. i am ignorant to what to use and have been researching for weeks on what to use. could any of you help me with something that i can use to help boost my training for the next 6 months? i have used Dbol tabs in the past and really, REALLY liked them and used liquid deca with little gains (could have been weak gear?). but i want to do this right. i want to use the right gear for my purposes and the right suppliments so i dont fuck up my body in the long run. any help or PM would be greatly appreciated.
P.S. i am in relative good shape, do P90x+ but not a bodybuilder. i want to get bigger, stronger, FASTER GREENER, MEANER!...

bt843been surfing my whole life and honestly i wouldn't advise putting 20-30 pounds. If you do, you will have to buy a whole new quiver of boards to float you and it will be hell trying paddle around dragging all that extra weight. Run a cycle for recovery and strength not muscle mass...
Yea I went from 185 to 207/8 and my 6'2" lost tri-fish board doesnt hold me like it use to. Need some good waves for me not only that but the heavy lifting has taken a toll on my shoulders...Paddled out during Hurricane Irene and thought my shoulder was going to give out.
bt843yea we got some great waves here from irene. last year i got up to 227 around christmas and by spring i was down to around 205 still much heavier than my natural weight which is around 185ish. I have been surfing my whole life and whenever i got back on a board it was so much harder to catch waves especially the smaller ones. Now i've just been cutting some weight back to doing more running/cycling but staying on hgh and it's kept me looking almost as big as i looked before but much lighter so better for surfing.
What "biggerthanyou" said. Test E @ 500mg/week. If you're hitting double overhead you should hit hi reps, supersets and heaviest weight without loosing reps. Not sure what you're used to riding but double overhead from shore? Washing machine? Shit..
Get your shoulders, back and tri's fatigued at every workout until failure. Take a week off before you head out.
One of my first cycles for surfing actually and base jumping was Test Prop about 450-500mgs per week and NPP at about 450mgs a week. Basically pinning EOD. Also ran 40mg of dbol tabs. (which is not a lot)
But trained hard dude, especially on the shoulders, back, arms. Mostly the BIG compound movements like deadlifts etc. Brother you don't want to get caught inside when there is a huge set of 5 or less 2-4 meter waves coming in and your fucked on the very first one. Been there done that at Bells beach Australia.
biggerthanyouTestosterone enanthate 500 mgs per week split into 2 shots of 250mg one Monday one thursday. Nothing more nothing less. Get some aromisin or arimidex in case you start developing gyno. Nolvadex and clomid for post cycle therapy. Do more research

thanks for the prompt response. i almost went went 500mg testosterone enanthate/week, 500mg decabol/week, and 30mg dianabol /day. i guess that would have been overkill for my purposes. its my understanding i can use the testosterone enanthate for up to 3 months?
