How to keep protein intake up while on holidays?

Going on holidays in a months time and I know it's going to be hard to eat every 2.5-3 hours especially because the crew I'm with will be satisfied with two meals a day. Need some good high protein snacks to take with me that I can ride on planes with and that'll also last a couple of weeks for the entire length of my holiday. Any ideas? Obviously powders, bars and things are of ease but I'm wanting something a little more nutritious than just supplements. Thanks!

Man I really don't know nothing hey! I'd never even heard of dehydrating meat lol great idea though! Just looked up how to dehydrate meat and it's simple as. Great idea man, it's exactly what I needed! Will do a heap of turkey and salmon. Again thanks man!

Dehydrate some meat bro. Chicken, beef, fish and shrimp all dehydrate/smoked very well. I've had dehydrated shrimp before and it isn't too bad. I'd try and stick with fish since it's mostly all protein.
