Blood test results. Low FSH, high Bilirubin.
Hello, looking for some input on a recent blood test I had done. Hopefully this is the right place. All results fell within the normal ranges except for 2.
FSH is low at 1.1 (normal range 1.5 to 12.4 )
Bilirubin is high at 1.5 (normal range 0 to 1.2)
Anyone had anything similar? What is suggested?
Dr. told me not to worry because they are not too far from normal range.
I have done hours and hours of studying and of course I do worry. Too low of FSH and I may not be able to have kids. Too high of Bilirubin could be several issues mostly dealing with the liver. I will most definitely have more testing done, probably with a different Dr. but for now just looking to get opinions/suggestions from those much smarter than myself regarding these results and possible steps to take to return to "normal" so to speak.
The only other result that stood out was Estradiol at 14.5 somewhat on the low end. Not sure if that factors in here.
Last cycle ended 2 years ago. Have definitely felt sluggish and lethargic. Test is on the low side of normal. Pretty sure my pct was bunk. I am 29. Thanks.

many things can cause high bilirubin other than liver/kidney/gallbladder issues.
For example dehydration, fasting, or being sick can cause a raise in levels. Your so close to normal only off by .3
I wouldnt worry about it, make sure you eat healthy and drink plenty of water you should be fine. If you get any symptoms tell your doctor
Thank you for the info. Bilirubin has always been within normal range on previous tests so it could just be conditions during this particular test. Especially if it has to do with fasting and dehydration because I ended up fasting for closer to 16 hours than 12 due to appt timing and didn't drink much water prior. Excellent to know! I didn't run across that info in other searching I had done.
