ok here it is,have been using b12 for a while with my gear,so i was on sten labs wich i have bought from them many time,ther now selling l-cartine and vitiman d3,,the bottle of cartine says oral only,but there 10ml bottles and i tasted a small sample,yuck,,so is it im,,or what same as vitiman d3,,tried to suck up in a slin pin,,no way,,maybe a im pin,,so any help bros thanks
