if it dnt go dwn in few days take some diclofenac you can get it off your doctor and yal have some left over for if you get a injury again.

I'd take macleod's advice, if it still persists and you are comfortable with peptides after giving it some time and nursing it, then you might look into thymosin beta 500... but I'd try to just let it heal itself first.

Take some ibuprofen for sure, that will at least help the swelling and pain. U should also start a regimen of glucosamine for joint health I started a few months ago and my joints always feel pretty good I have a bad elbow, I know ur injury is muscle related but glucosamine is still good help for lifting considering we strain our joints while doing so. What are your stats and cycle history bro?
