weighted vest what do ya guys think about them during a workout?

have a look at bas ruttens o2 trainer. its like a mouth guard with an airway inwhich you can put different sized mesh restrictors into depending on your level of fitness. apparently you can do a pretty serious workout just watching tv.
anything by bas rutten is worth a look, bas is the man!

if you are low on cash, you can use a snorkel, cut it in length and vary the diameter with plastic or metal straps (found that tip years ago in a Men's Health, LOL)

love it ! 3 x a week treadmil steep incline really increases endurence for cardio my legs got huge from this alone... also vest pull ups and push ups .... youll at least double the amount you can do in a month

Not the best idea for your knees/back/joints. Weight strapped to your body doesn't in any way relate to weight within your body however I'm sure if you use it properly it could work to increase speed and endurance.....at 33 years old im a bit weary of anything like this and I'm already suffering from a shitty wrist injury.
