test/deca/mast cycle

Not looking to go to big on this 400mg test e week deca 300mg week mast .5-.75 eod with test p 50-100 mg eod some reason i have come accustomed to pinning. Any advice on this cycle would be appreciated. Looking to run test for 16 weeks deca 14 weeks mast 17weeks along with hcg 500iu a week i also purchased some HEX and thinking of running this around 100iu ed. My first 3 weeks just got kind fucked casue of a weird arthritic flare. But look i need some good numbers on this guys. I have ran a few. Cycles in the last 2 years shitting cycles until i found eroids. If i could find me a personal trainer or atleast a sponsor from here to help me achieve my goals i would be appreciated and gift you from well a reasonable source of your liking. Diet plan execise plan and such i have no friends in this town that are into working out and I have a gym across my street and in my house.

It's my fucking diet. I just ate a ton of chicken and beef and had a protien shake of 50g per serving. And I just said fuck it I stabbed "100mg test p 1cc" and "250mg of test e 1cc" and "250mg deca .75cc" and "100mg .5cc mast" from another source about 1hr ago and also took a Xanax and I am better at the moment. I'm not sure I was eating enough, I started stressing out about a few personal issue's and I failed my diet at the point of my decline. I wasn't eating which typical for me when I'm stressed.I need to pay closer attention to this. fast48 I am working on my #'s I think I typo'd on my deca and NPP when I went back and looked. I had typed "NPP 250mg/ml eod 1cc" and "deca 1cc 1xweek" "test e 250mg/ml 1.5cc" a week and "test p 100mg/ml eod" which would have put my deca and 19nors over the top. Thats not what I am running. SORRY! the "NPP is only 100mg/ml 3x a week" and my "test p is 4xweek" I was freaking out and not typing my #'s in correctly. When I looked at my chart It made better sense. and my test is above my deca and will really work making sure it stays this way. anxiety was getting the better part of me.

I just did my numbers on paper i am 125mg over on my test with just test p 100mg/ml 1cc eod and test e 250mg/ml 1.5cc a week.
Compared to NPP @ 100mg/ml 1cc eod and deca 250 mg/ml 1cc a week.
These #'s on the deca dont change at all! But my test I change frop test p eod to 4 days a week bring even higher to 225mg over my deca plus and the fact I am taking HCG 500iu a week.
I dont know were your #'s of my deca being 2:1 on this its more like test to deca 1.25:1 or better considering my hcg dose.

I am trying to put these back in check. I have dropped NPP and stayed on test any other suggestions to bring these levels to a corrected dose? Look if you read back when i posted i stopped my deca 250 last week because of this freak incident but i kept test levels the same and NPP from eod to every 3 days. When i first had the flare I was out of balance. You are correct! But what is a good balance combining these chemicals. I am looking to drop the NPP off and stay on the deca. Would this be sufficient?

Hey bro, just remember food will determine 50-80% of your gains.

Eats lots of food. Count calories, and always get 3000-5000 calories per day. Aim for 250-300G protein per day. Lots of chicken, and fish.

Main lifts are a good place to start, squats, benchpress, bent over rows, incline dumbbell press, etc ill give a better routine later but yea best of luck to you bro.
