Bulking diet questions

Hey fellas,

On my second week of first cycle. 500mgs Test e weekly and 20mgs dbol daily for first 4 weeks. I am eating 3500-4000 calories a day. Already gained close to 5 pounds. Btw 205 6'2" 27 yrs old. I can say I have noticed increased muscle and mass but my issue is my stomach seems to be big and bloated all the time. I'll list a example day of eating below and maybe someone can tell me if I'm eating too much of something. Can Dbol be my problem? What does the side effect bloat look like? Any help would be great guys. Thanks

Also I have stopped all cardio as of a month ago per people saying cardio eats muscle.

Bagel w pb
3 cup oats with honey
2 chicken breasts with 2 cup rice
2 cup Pasta salad
6 eggs
1 potato baked
3 protein shakes (morn, workout, night)

This is throughout 1 day. Some meals change but are substituted with similar items.
3,961 cals. 151g fat. 438g carbs. 219g protein

My goal is to get to a solid 225. I thought you are supposed to consume 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight? That daily meal has 219g protein not including the 120g from shakes. 340g of protein is not enough? Not questioning you bro, just making sure I understand.

you need more protein. I dont mean add more shakes either.

Small meals every three hours. Splitting all your food thru day? Bloated as in dbol water retention? Don't skip some cardio.

Thanks! Yea an example would be great. Those meals are split up every two to three hours. Sounds like I need to do some cardio.
