Quick and easy PWO meal

This has been my staple PWO meal this week:
5 oz tuna
6oz shredded carrots
3oz shredded cheese
1/2 avacado
2tblspns olive oil
1 tspn balsimic vinegar
1 pinch sea salt
Quick and easy to throw together and easy enough to put down (especially for those who have problems eating)

avocado mixed with tuna is a wonderful thing, and far easier to eat than tuna alone. Plus I'd rather eat avocados than hydrogenated vegetable oil based mayo...
I never liked mayo even as a kid so I have just stuck with lemon juice and avocado.
Same here bruh, lemon juice and avocado along with some slices of tomatoes it's the way i eat tuna, love the taste!

Also, when my girl squirts lotion on chest, reminds me, as well... I always giggle. Funny how the brain associates certain things... (no homo/gimp)

This is why tuna is still a part of my diet.

If you don't like tuna you can opt for the chicken in a can. Costco has a pretty good source for it. If you are paranoid about mercury content in tuna, then go with the white meat chicken in a can.
