New lifter, out of the Army looking to gain knolewge, friends , and and better way to train!
JUST GOT OUT OF THE U.S ARMY(82ND AIRBORNE DIV) BECAUSE INJURY'S SUFFERED IN AFGHANISTAN. I LOVE LIFTING AND TRYING MY HARDIEST TO HELP OTHER INJURED VETERANS STRUGGLING WITH THERE DISABILTYS THOUGH LIFTING WEIGHTS, TRAINING,- I THINK THE MOST AMAZING THING I HAVE EVER SEEN WAS WHEN I WAS AT WALTER REED, AFTER I WAS BLOWN UP, THERE I WAS FEELING SORRY FOR MYSELF, AND I LOOKED OUTSIDE AND SAW KIDS( WELL MEN AND WOMAN, BUT YOU GET THE IDEA) WITH PROSTHESIS ON THE ARMS AND LEGS DOING P.T ( PHYSICAL TRAINING!!!!!) FROM THAT DAY FOWARD , I WILL NEVER HAVE AN EXCUSE NOT TO WORKOUT, I FEEL LIKE I HAVE MY LIMBS AND I'M BLESSED TO BE ABLE TO LIFT, SO I HAVE TO TRAIN HARD EVERYDAY! SO AFTER READING THAT, NEXT TIME THINK ABOUT THAT WHEN YOUR DOWN OR CAN'T GET THAT LAST REP BECAUSE YOUR TIRED, THERE ARE MEN AND WOMAN OUT THERE WHO WOULD GIVE ANYTHING TO BE IN THE GYM WITH YOU - GOD BLESS ALL - AIRBORNE ALL THE WAY!!!!!!!! ANYTHING ACTIVE IN LIFE!
