Accutane
Safeguard soap
Vitamin E oil
And I'm sure there are many more, you have to find what works best for you.

I've had some success with tea tree oil directly on acne, about 3 times a day. You might have to get creative or a friend to reach parts of the back. I didn't believe putting an oil on my oily skin was a good idea until I tried it.
As far as preventing it goes I sure don't have the answer but always trying to read what the pro's here are advising.

I have found that daily injections of all oils, as well as tanning and proactive are the things that keep my acne in check.

I made a post about it in the General section which has a lot of good information.

While my acne is not 100% gone, it is 95% gone and only have a few issues every now and then.

I have always had difficulty with AAS acne bro, Accutane is the only thing that helped me.

Accutane is probaly the worst acne med you can use the sides are Bad Increase in liver enzyms fast causes hair loss and a lot of other bad side affects that can be permanate. keep your skin as cleas as possible make sure that your cycle has stable levels of the compounds in your system ,use an antibiotic some thing like "tetracycline" its kind of mild not to hard on the body, most dr. dont like to prescribe because it is so toxic there are just so many outher options good luck and dont pic and keep your hands clean

I use nutrogena oil free acne wash, and then the neutragena rapid clear oil-control foaming cleanser. I try to shower every 3-4 hours (4 to 5 times a day). Also green tea helps to kill bacteria. This system has helped me to have manageable acne control. No cystic acne, small to medium sized pimples, average around 3 small pimples a week.

Orals seem to be the worse for acne too.
When I was on dbol, it was crazy on my shoulders and lats. Four weeks off and on just test e, more than half cleared up with no drugs to help.

I'm using 20mg of accutane from a research source and it clearer up my acne in 5 weeks. Came off for 5 more weeks and acne is coming back.
Proves that my gear and accutane are both good to go.
I had no sides from the accutane either.

The big daddy of acne treatment is accutane... keep in mind this should be your absolute last resort!! It is known for raising liver enzymes just like oral AAS, so I wouldnt use it along side them.

Even while using accutane you have to follow a regime like the sarge pointed out, accutane is prescription only, but very easy to get. I used it at one stage as I had acne as a teenager (with some scarring on my back) and I was pretty keen not to add to the collection. Turns out I didnt need it and could of used something milder.
